★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in to the theatre for watching spiderman after very longtime skipping form the cinema. CGV its change the look now more spaces and more digitalize. When you buy the ticket u must buy it through the machine there is no cashier for ticketing but for buying the food and drinks they still served people there. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently being renovated (November 2017)... Hopefully it will be more comfy soon, especially the seats... and the layout too, so that it won't be too dark and confusing anymore... Ticket box is now separated from snack box, which is good in my opinion. This cinema also has a wide variety of movies (than the biggest competitor), since there are also Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Thai movies here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to watch. Big venue, there's coffee shop, a lot of seats to sit around and hang out. You also can try watch with different experience in 4DX, or chill with more luxurious experience in Satin and Velvet class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate it. It's just a bad architecture design overall. They put the cinema way behind the mall. It takes 2 elevators to get up there. Even the 2 elevators don't line up properly. The seating doesn't have a physical distancing between party. The seat was dirty with popcorns from previous audience. Waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite cinema since 2013! Very well located, good atmosphere. However the food is quite overpriced for that little portion also limited menu during pandemic. CGV CP definitely need updating like CGV Grand Indonesia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying tickets is easy. The self service machine also operates good.
On busy hour, buying snacks could take longer as they don't have the queue system. So if you have the same snack ordered with other person, just keep an eye with the snack or else the staff will give it to the other person.
Audi 2 right speaker is quite broken, need the staff to fix it.
Overall, it is a great cinema to watch your favourite movies.
