★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really great experience watching movie at cinema. Situated in 6th floor of Pacific Place Mall . I love velvet class, Having bed instead of seat. Very comfortable and nice ambience. The ticket price are expensive.High quality of sound system. Friendly and helpful staff's, good services. #WatchingMovieOnTheBed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking forward to going back to the cinema but in the velvet class the cinema was too hot. They also need to look at the sound levels during the pre-movie adverts which are very dangerously loud and hurt my hearing. The adverts are much louder than the actual movie - why?

But there is something strange and quite annoying.
Prices on Screen and Menu Book are not the same!
I ordered the Solo Combo (2)
In the photo it says 55,000/Combo Solo
Here:
Drink 1 Milo & 1 Lemon Tea (M).
Snack 1 Salty Popcorn & 1 Caramel Popcorn (L).
But in fact you have to add 5,000 for Milo and Caramel Popcorn.
Where on the screen that I took a photo of, the Solo Combo is already written that much, why is it still being added?
If I added 5,000, I should have gotten the upgraded version!!
(There weren't any notes, so it was a kind of "trap" transaction. Then when asked for details, she gave an illogical answer and there was a slightly annoyed tone but still polite, like he didn't like being asked a lot).
Moreover, the waitress said, for the drinks on the Combo menu, only tea and soft drinks..
So if you want to fill your drink with Milo, it doesn't exist and costs you 5,000.
(There are also no notes in the menu book or screen, only the waiter informed them).
Can you just write it down?
So the customer who buys it is not ashamed with other people waiting behind you, because it takes too long to think about what to change or why you don't want to order what you want when you stand in line.
When you are in a rush because you feel you have been doing transactions at the cashier's desk for too long and you don't feel comfortable with the people behind, that's what I mean by buying-selling "traps" .
Even though on the screen it says Save 7K.
Where's the save? There is a loss because it adds 10K. ️
I know 10K is still a dime, but it's all about consistent value and transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first movie theater where i went to watch movie in Indonesia. This is really nice and cozy theater i have ever been. CGV is originally from Korea but CGV Indonesia is better than it in Korea honestly.
Seat was absolutely cozy and relaxed, they also gave the blanket in case that i might feel cold from air condition wind.
It was so careful minds.
Would like to go to there to watch the movie anytime.
