★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of SEPHORA products is nice! I often buy in their website. But always, me as a customer deserve best serving. ? why most the employee not polite and not happy with their job? Customer is like wind~ at the cashier,i'm ady stand, but still busy with their phone n make me wait, didnt say anything. .... so speechless always face this kind of attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please trained the SA better with product knowledge. One of the SA approached me while I am looking at the new Bobbi brown serum foundation. I was confused there are 2 products with diff. packaging and asked what was the difference. She said the bottle with cap has “more skincare effect”. With confusion due to not clear answer I just move on to check smthing else. The next day, I found out both are exactly the same but BB renewed the packaging. Duh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as many products as Sephoras in other Asian countries, and prices are quite expensive. Some products are exclusive to Sephora though, and authenticity is guaranteed. Bargains might be worth a look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Sephora once. I was looking for nail polishes, so I tried on their nail polishes (of course the tester ones). Then, the staff approached me and said, "If you try them on more than 5 fingers, you have to buy the nail polish." What kind of SOP is this? Is this even in every Sephora Indonesia store's rules? I wasn't even trying one shade only on my nails. I was trying on like, 4 or 5 colors! It's not like there's a free nail polish and I took advantage to apply the polish on all of my nails! And they follow you around and watch whatever you do at the store
