★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you planning to dye your hair, you should avoid this place. Half of my wife hair is rontok2. My wife repeatedly tells him to bleach one time (because her hair still silver) And still he did bleach it twice. I think he diddnt understand at all about bleaching. What makes you guys think he would understand about dye in your hair. And of course he diddnt wanna hear his client want (SHOCKING)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a reguler customer since the beginning of One Piece. Have tried the hair cuttings with several international stylists n usually the model lasts longer than going to other place. Tried once with local stylist here, but have to get another cut after two months.
Overall a nice experience, service n staffs assistance is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bleach hair disaster!!! I will never ever bleach my hair again in this salon, at first i thought it would be great to colour my hair in a Japanes salon! I thought they would be trained enough to understand about hairs! And paid so much money!
I told the stylish about my hair history and what my hair went through, and he asked it twice! I thought he was understand enough.
All my hair are fall off and some parts are super shorts, my hair even didn’t survive after the last shampoo!!! I have to stop the stylist from drying my hair, because i cant not see another hair pulled off ?????
If he trained or thought or professional enough, he would understand and would suggest me professionally not to bleach my hair several times! And i did tell him i was only bleach my hair once, and he did it twice anyway ?
Thankfully i stop him before i left with no hair at all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time. Normally, I just go to Irwan. The service was horrible. The stylist Kevin was ok but the person who coloured my hair was horrible. I had colout on the side of my face, my cheek. He was so rough...pulling my hair as he like. And only one wash. The blow was horrible as well. For the price I would have gone to Irwan instead. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I was struggling to choose which color would suit me most but the hairdresser did a pretty good job at helping me decide and really helpful. I suggest you to book your session first via WhatsApp chat, so they'll save you a spot and schedule your session with the hairdresser that you choose. Thankyou!
