★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah jangan test disini, update status POSITIVE di Peduli Lindungi cuma 1 hari, giliran test lagi dan udah NEGATIVE perlu waktu 10 - 14 hari untuk terupdate di Peduli Lindungi dengan alesan ini itu, sedangkan teman saya di Rumah Sakit laim cuma butuh waktu 1 hari untuk ngerubah status dr Positive ke Negative!!!! Saya udah sembuh, udah sehat jadi ngga bisa kemana2 karena peduli lindungi saya masih hitam sampai sekarang!!!
 Don't test here, update the POSITIVE status in Care to Protect only 1 day, turn to test again and it's already NEGATIVE it takes 10 - 14 days to update in Care Protect for this reason, while my friend at the other hospital only takes 1 day to Change the status from Positive to Negative!!!! I've recovered, I'm healthy so I can't go anywhere because I care about protecting me, I'm still black until now!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu ke sana, antrian nggak banyak dan prosesnya cepat. Hasil kurang dari 24 jam sudah keluar dan dichat via WA. Hanya saja, hasil test nggak langsung keupdate di peduli lindungi. Harus WA CS dulu untuk dibantu diupdate di peduli lindungi. WA CS nya responsif, jadi bisa langsung klaim untuk dapat telemedicine gratis dari kemenkes. Terima kasih bumame. ?

It's just that, the test results are not immediately updated in the care to protect. You have to WA CS first to help update it, care and protect it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 2 Feb 2022 PCR keluar hasil tgl 3 Feb 2022: Positif. Namun sampai hari ini tgl 7 Feb 2022 jam 10.57 Wib data belum masuk di Kemkes. Padahal hasil harus segera diinput agar penderita covid mendapatkan obat antivirus sedini mungkin! Nomor CS hanya chat, tapi di chat hanya balasan robot yg isinya diminta menunggu. Sampai detik inipun tidak ada balasan staff CS Bumame.
Saya tidak mau alasan "Peningkatan permintaan swab atau membludaknya pasien atau lainnya". Utamakan pelaporan hasil pasien Positif dahulu. Karena hal ini terdapat pada Surat Edaran HK.02.02/II/4491/2021 Tentang Pelaporan Hasil Lab Covid Dalam Aplikasi NAR.
TOLONG SEGERA DILAPORKAN HASIL YG POSITIF!
Jika kondisi pasien memberat, lab Bumame ini bisa dipermasalahkan.
Mohon lebih amanah dan konfirmasinya. Terimakasih
2 Feb 2022 PCR results came out on 3 Feb 2022: Positive. However, as of today, February 7, 2022 at 10:57 WIT, the data has not yet been entered into the Ministry of Health. Even though the results must be inputted immediately so that Covid patients get antiviral drugs as early as possible! The CS number is just a chat, but in the chat only robot replies are asked to wait. Until this moment, there has been no reply from the Bumame CS staff.
I don't want the excuse of "Increased swab requests or overcrowding of patients or something". Prioritize reporting positive patient results first. Because this is contained in Circular HK.02.02/II/4491/2021 concerning Reporting of Covid Lab Results in the NAR Application.
PLEASE REPORT POSITIVE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY!
If the patient's condition worsens, this Bumame lab can be questioned.
Please be more trustworthy and confirm. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada drive thru buat yang tdk mau berkerumun. Hasil swab kadang lebih dri 24jam dan lama masuknya ke aplikasi Peduli Lindungi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, yang mau swab antigen atau PCR di sini, saya gak recommended ya, khususnya yang pakai metode walk-in, karena tidak ada tempat antrian yang nyaman. liat aja di sini pada antri panas-panasan, gimana ini pihak bumame nya? bikinlah semacam tenda untuk ruang tunggu/antrian. dan tempat swab ada di dalam ruangan, yang mana saya kurang rekomendasi juga karna ada resiko tertular covid via airbone dari yang lain. sebaiknya pilih lokasi swab yang lain aja. semoga bisa diterima masukannya
Guys, if you want an antigen swab or PCR here, I don't recommend it, especially those who use the walk-in method, because there are no comfortable queues. Just look at the hot line here, how about the bumame party? make a kind of tent for the waiting room/queue. and the swab area is in the room, which I don't recommend too because there is a risk of contracting covid via airborne from others. Better choose another swab location. I hope your input is accepted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alur nya aga ribet, walau udah bayar online tp tetep aja harus ngantri yg sama dgn yg bayar cash, pendaftaran dari buat akun dulu di website bumame jd tetep aja ngantri dan manual, dan ga dibedain jg antrian untuk orang2 yg perkiraan kena tracing atau kepapar yg sudah posifif sama yg tes hanya untuk kepentingan perjalanan
Mungkin lebih baik kalo dibuat alur pendaftaran yg lebih simple, jd datang udah tinggal scan dan meminimalisir adanya antrian panjang atau kerumunan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came here for the first time, it was kinda full. But a week later to do my follow up check up, the queue is empty, which is nice. The result for the antigen only takes about 15-30 minutes depending on the amount of people taking the test. I don't know why but when I taking the antigen test here my nose kinda sting for a moment. Other than that, there is nothing of note to tell.
