Antrian pensiunan ditempatkan di halaman dengan peneduh tenda tapi jika musim kemarau akan terasa kurang nyaman karena panas. Tidak ada kipas angin atau pendingin udara untuk mengkondisikan agar terasa di bawah tenda terasa sejuk. Pohon perindang pun terlihat minim sehingga pasokan oksigen sebagai gas penyejuk kurang. Kalau musim hujan dan terjadi hujan deras bawah tenda tempat antrian juga gampang basah. Sehingga dirasa keadaan tersebut kurang enak dipandang dan dirasa bagi ibu-ibu dan bapak-bapak pensiunan yang sudah berusia lanjut
