★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke sini 25-01-2021, sangat puas dan terkesan sekali, karena bertahun tahun menggunakan BANK-BANK lain yg paling top markotop memang BANK BCA ini, dari segi pelayanannya bagus dan memuaskan sekali, pertama dari pas masuk, yaitu satpamnya, kedua CSnya, ketiga Tellernya, semua pelayanannya bagus, saya pertama ke situ antri CS, walaupun banyak tapi cepat sekali, padahal ada dua CS saja, di tengah-tengah saat antri saya dipanggil oleh petugas lain yg keluar dari sebuah ruangan dan mengarahkan saya untuk mencicil mengisi formulir dan menjelaskannya denga rinci dan seksama, tak lama kemudian dipanggil ke CS tinggal menyelesaikan beberapa langkah, bikin ATM baru dan akun M-Banking baru saja secepat itu mantap memang, setelah itu diarahkan ke Teller untuk melakukan penyetoran awal. BCA menurut saya memang BANK terbaik, dari segi teknologinya saja banyak sekali dan maju banget dibandingkan BANK lain, kalau dijelaskan tidak ada habisnya BANK ini, semoga tetap konsisten dan selalu amanah ya.
 The first time here 25-01-2021, very satisfied and very impressed, because for years using other BANKS that have the most top markotop, this is the BCA BANK, in terms of service is good and very satisfying, first from when entering, namely security, second The CS, the three tellers, all the services are good, I was first there to queue up CS, although there were many but very fast, even though there were only two CSs, in the middle of the queue I was called by another officer who came out of a room and directed me to fill in form and explain it in detail and thoroughly, soon after being summoned to CS, it only remains to complete a few steps, create a new ATM and an M-Banking account just as quickly as it is solid, after that it is directed to the Teller to make an initial deposit. In my opinion, BCA is indeed the best BANK, in terms of technology, there are a lot of it and it is very advanced compared to other BANK. If you explain, there is no end to this BANK.
