Barusan saya upgrade kartu ke 4g, saya dilayani dengan ramah oleh customer service nya dan diberi penjelasan dengan baik. Prosesnya mudah, cepat dan tidak dipungut biaya alias gratis, saldo pulsa juga tidak hilang. Mantaplah pokoknya.. ?

Bulan Desember kartu im3 saya tiba-tiba tidak berfungsi, padahal baru saja diisi pulsa dan pagi hari masih bisa dipakai. Saya minta penggantian kartu im3 yg baru dan langsung bayar biaya administrasi, tapi kata cs nya stok kartu dari jakarta lagi kosong. Diminta menunggu dan nanti dihubungi. Bulan Februari saya kembali menanyakan karena belum dihubungi sama sekali, cs nya bilang agak nyolot "stok kartu masih kosong, kan sudah bilang nanti kalo sudah ada bakal dihubungi" Karena masih punya nomor cadangan, saya sabar nunggu aja dihubungi. Tapi sampai Tahun berikutnya tidak ada kabar sama sekali. Saat saya tanyakan dengan entengnya cs menjawab -+" kami sudah menghubungi 2kali, bila tidak ada jawaban itu bukan tanggung jawab kami lagi. Kalo pulsa tidak diisi tiap bulan nomor bakal hangus dan tidak bisa diaktifkan kembali" Padahal saya merasa belum dihubungi, tidak ada di history telepon, sms dan email. Kok enak banget ya ngerjain pelanggan kayak gini pelayanannya?? Kalo ada nilai bintang minus 100 akan saya kasih disini

But until the following year there was no news at all. When I asked lightly, cs replied - + "We have called twice, if there is no answer it is not our responsibility anymore. If the credit is not filled every month the number will be forfeited and cannot be reactivated" Even though I feel I haven't been contacted, it's not in the phone history, sms and email. Why is it so nice to work with customers like this? If there is a minus 100 star rating, I will give it here
