β β β β β Pelayanan cukup baik dan ramah(satpam&taller) ,parkir juga tertata rapi oleh tukang parkir(2k/motor, prokes juga berjalan baik (Tempat cuci tangan dengan sabun&air mengalir, cek suhu tubuh, kursi jaga jarak, taller dan satpam dengan keamanan prokes sarung tangan+masker)
The service is quite good and friendly (security guard & taller), parking is also neatly arranged by parking attendants (2k/motorcycle, the process is also going well (hand washing area with soap & running water, body temperature check, distance chair, taller and security guard with safety gloves + procedure) face mask)

Kalau datang Jam setengah 2 sudah tidak menerima antrian, antrian didepan gedung kurang terorganisir,
Kalau sudah datang mengantri sebelum jam 1 buku/atm habis disuruh pulang, jadi
disini Not rekomend buat yg tidak punya waktu longgar.
Lebih bagus yg pelayanan BNI pusat di jogja

If you come in line before 1 o'clock the book/atm runs out, you are told to go home, so
here. Not recommended for those who don't have free time.
It's better for the central BNI service in Jogja

Dari awal security nya ramah sekali penyampaian dari keperluan sudah di jelaskan dari awal Sesuai SOP.
Masuk kedalam bertemu dengan mas nya customer servicenya baik sekali dan ramah sekali penjelasannya ya agak lama menunngu sempat error dari system nya.

β β β β β bolakbalik 2hari berturutΒ² mau betulin kartu atm yg tiba2 gabisa di gunakan tapi hasilanya nihil karna kantornya tutup, satpam bilang akibat kebijakan ppkm . Yg sangat di sayangkan kenapa di web operational hours nya ga di rubah dulu ?? Kenapa ttp beroprasi seperti biasa?
Please deh BNI yg teliti lagi, jangan php in nasabah . Kantor cabang di pusat kota ko bisa2 nya di tutup sementara dg alasan kebijakan ppkm.
Back and forth 2 days in a row I wanted to fix an atm card that suddenly couldn't be used but the results were nil because the office was closed, the security guard said it was due to the PPKM policy. What is very dear, why is it not changed on the web operational hours first?? Why are you still operating as usual?
Please, BNI is more careful, don't php in customers. How come the branch office in the city center can be temporarily closed for reasons of PPKM policy.

β β β β β Setor tunai di atm samping kantor uangnya ketelen, saldonya gak nambah. Laporan dikantor ini , petugasnya planga plongo. Suda 2x kekantor Cuma dipinjemin hp suruh nelfon sendiri kepusat. Gag mau bantu ngurus.. sudah berhari2 uang tidak dikembalikan. Dasar Maling.
Deposit cash at the ATM next to the office, the money is boiling, the balance doesn't add up. Reports at this office, the officers are plana plongo. I've been to the office 2x, only borrowed my cellphone, told me to call the center myself. I don't want to help take care of it.. the money hasn't been returned for days. Thief.

β β β β β Nasabah yang datang akan didata oleh petugas keamanan berdasarkan urutan kedatangan beserta keperluannya. Nasabah memasuki bank sesuai panggilan satpam sehingga lebih tertib. Satpam bank juga bersedia menolong nasabah apabila mengalami problem untuk penarikan tunai, mengisi formulir, maupun yang lainnya. Semua staff melayani dengan ramah dan cepat.
Terdapat 3 mesin atm (kalau tidak salah) di samping bank.
Customers who come will be recorded by security officers based on the order of arrival and their needs. The customer enters the bank according to the security guard's call so that it is more orderly. Bank security guards are also willing to help customers if they have problems with cash withdrawals, filling out forms, or others. All staff serve friendly and fast.
There are 3 atm machines (if I'm not mistaken) next to the bank.

β β β β β Bank dan ATM sebelahan. Terus Banknya mengikuti prokes, jadi setiap mau masuk bank nginfoin ke Satpam dulu urusannya apa, terus nanti duduk antri diluar, kalau antrian CS nanti dikasih no antrian struck, kalau teller lebih cepet sih pelayanannya.
Bank and ATM next door. Then the bank follows the procedure, so every time you want to enter the bank, you first tell the security guard what your business is, then sit in line outside, if the CS queue is given no queue struck, if the teller the service is faster.
