Pelayanan sangat lambat. Teller nya jutek parah. Nanya baik baik malah di gas. Gausah jd teller kalo gitu, jadi pembalap aje sono. Ngegas mulu heran

Banyak yg mengeluh sama pelayanannya.apalagi di masa pencairan bantuan seperti skrg ini.banyak calon penerima bantuan harus bolak balik tanpa hasil

byk keluhan dr konsumen/ nasabahnya. mungkin krn service yg tdk mmuaskan. sy pun mengalami spt nasabah lsun. tdk ada penanganan yg bauk dlm mylsaikan masalah.
lots of complaints from consumers/customers. maybe because of the unsatisfactory service. I also experienced as lsun customer. there is no good handling in solving problems.

Pelayanannya buruk, mempersulit konsumen, ngadih arahan setengah2, bikin org bolak balik ngantri panjang tanpa hasil! Hrs banyak bljr sma bank lain biar ga mempersulit konsumen! Antrian panjang trs! Satpam cs teller semua buruk!

Tolong untuk csnya ditambah dan diperbaiki lagi ya, biar tidak terlalu lama. Ngantrinya bisa nyampe berjam2. Trmksh.

Pelayanannya sampaaah, ngantri panjang nunggu begitu masuk cuman beberapa orang yang bisa di layani alasannya karna CS nya cuman satu, ada yang sakit lah gak masuk lah tai ledik, gua gak butuh jawaban itu wahai satpam gue juga gak peduli harus dengerin banyak alasan mengenai pelayanan yang banyak terbagi bagi. Itu salah pihak mu sendiri. Cuman mau ngambil kartu rekening baru aja sampe harus berhari hari untuk ngambil antrian itu pun juga kalo dapat pelayanan kalo gak ya zonnk. Dikira ngantri gak makan waktu, kalo emang pelayanan lo cuman satu ya udah di batasin sejak awal sebelum banyak ngantri hampir sejam nunggu bank lo buka. BRI PUSAT APA GAK TAHU YA PELAYAN DI DAERAH BEGINI AMAT!

I think queuing doesn't take time, if you really only have one service, it's been limited from the start before waiting in line for almost an hour waiting for your bank to open. BRI CENTER DON'T KNOW THE SERVICES IN THIS AREA!
