Saya nunggu dr jam 9 pagi untuk keperluan ke CS. Sesampainya jam set 12 saya di suruh balik lagi. Mas mba kl sekira nya yg antri blm dapet antrian ya harusnya dikasih antrian. Mau dia ambil uang pensiun atau dsb. Biar fear budayakan mengantri. Jngn main selip2 trus yg dapet antrian di biarin suruh nunggu berjam jam dan di suruh balik lagi smpe jam 2 ? kl bgtu terus kasian sm yg lain. Yg nunggu juga blm tentu mereka dalam keadaan yg sehat. Perbaiki lg pelayanan prima itu Nomer 1 tx.

Kasian yang sudah ngmbil nomer antrian, di slip slip terus, sama yang tidak pakai nomer?. Seharusnya yang adil , jangan membeda bedakan customer, itu masukan nya
