★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya igin menginformasikan kpd pimpinan tertinggi di PLN, bahwa di PLN di daerah watubelah sumber kabupaten cirebon listrik suka padam disaat malam hari bahkan hampir setiap malam sekitar pukul 21 an listrik suka padam jika sekali wajar tp ini setiap malam hari listrik suka padam, jika ada perbaikan listrik knp tdk disaat siang hari yg cuaca msh terang, ini malah di malam hari listrik slalu padam, mohon utk bpk/ibu pimpinan tertinggi PLN menindaklanjuti masalah ini, yg ditakutkan ada penyalahgunaan atau ada oknum yg memanfaatkan kesempatan dalam kesempitan, terimakasih
Hari ini tgl 6 Mei pukul 23.50 mati lagi, kapan dan jam brp lagi mau mati, padam listrik mau sampe jam brp...ini sdh mau 1 jam blum nyala2 jg, kalo bayar telat aja langsung respon tp kalo padam listrik no coment...ngaco ya, PLN itu kn perusahaan Listrik Negara... seharusnya mementingkan rakyat, mana ini pimpinanan tertinggi PLN...tolong dibaca dong keluhan2 seperti ini dan ditindaklanjuti biar PLN lebih jaya.

Harus diperbaiki lagi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari bulan Juni udah menyampaikan keluhan, sudah ditelpon contact center dan disarankan harus diganti KWH nya, tp sampai saat ini belum di proses sama sekali, dan yang dibebankan tagihan malah saya sendiri padahal sudah lama saya ngajuin keluhannya
