★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat-sangat kecewa dengan pelayannya. Mau bikin rekening baru, nunggu antrian dari jam 8 pagi, 1 jam sebelum buka sampe mau tutup (15.30) tapi tidak ada hasil. 8 jam terbuang sia-sia.
 Very, very disappointed with the waiter. Want to create a new account, waiting for the queue from 8 am, 1 hour before opening until it is about to close (15.30) but no results. 8 hours wasted.

The bank is OK... So what's not ok... BNI KCP Sumber management should be able to improve its services...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ke CS buat ganti ATM di suruh penjaga polisi/satpam nya isi daftar dulu dan Disuruh datang lagi bulan depan, wkwkwkwk anehhhh
Want to go to CS to change ATMs, ask the police guard / security guard to fill in the list first and ask to come again next month, wkwkwkwk that's weird

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan fitur BNI sebetulnya bagus banget , saya suka. Tapi kalau udah urusan ke Bank , apalagi ke CS, sedih pokoknya. Ga sanggup nunggunya. kalau bisa CS minimal 2 atau 3 orang ???
Lebih baik CS yang banyak daripada Teller.
BNI's feature service is actually really good, I like it. But when it comes to going to the bank, especially to CS, it's really sad. Can't wait for it. if possible CS at least 2 or 3 people ?
Better CS a lot than Teller.
