★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bni sumber tai, lain kali sebelum claim transaksi pastiin nominalnya dulu ke nasabah, sesuai gak besarnya sama yg nasabah mau transaksi, bahkan di bca kalau mau setor aja dipastiin lagi, nah ini claim seenak jidat aja, gue jd rugi duit, bayar gak seharusnya yg dibayar, gak bisa di cancel dan kalau mau urus pun susah ke kampusnya tai, mana lagi serba online makin susah ahhh kesel banget gak profesional ???
Bni source, tai, next time before claiming the transaction, make sure the nominal value is to the customer, according to the amount not the same as the customer who wants the transaction, even if you want to deposit, you can confirm it again, now this claim is arbitrary, I will lose money, pay it should not be paid, can't be canceled and if you want to take care of it it's even difficult to go to the campus, but where else is going online, it's even more difficult, it's really not professional

Queuing for the order is 51 to 62, it takes more than 1 hour, the service is slow, there is no deadline for depositing ?

Saya bolak balik ke sini 4x, 3x ga dapet antrian sama sekali, penuh udah sampe 100 an... Sekali dapet no 90
Sampe udh tutup aja blom dapet. Kalo udh tau kemampuan CS melayani begitu knapa ga tambah aja CS jadi 4 meja gtu??? Heran sama pikirannya BNI sini

I went back and forth here 4x, 3x didn't get a queue at all, it's already full until 100's... Once I got number 90
Until it's closed, it doesn't get it. If you already know CS's ability to serve, why not just add CS to 4 tables like that??? Surprised at BNI's thoughts here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya jelek banget pelayanan nya, karena CS CUMA 1 ORANGG!!, nasabah ada puluhan orang, INI MEJA CS 3 LAGI KOSONG ga ada rekrut orang lagi apa!!?? MASA HARUS NUNGGU BERJAM2?? Buang2 waktu! Kasihan orang2 yg perlu cepet. Kalo gini terus nasabah pindah bank aja, biar ga ada nasabah yg rela nungguin berjam2 lgi disini. Mentang2 covid karyawann dikurangin seenaknya!
In my opinion, the service is really bad, because CS is ONLY 1 PERSON!!, there are dozens of customers, THIS TABLE OF CS 3 AGAIN IS EMPTY, no more recruiting people what!!?? TIME TO WAIT FOR HOURS?? Waste of time! Sorry people who need to hurry. If this is the case, customers just move banks, so that no customers are willing to wait here for hours. Regarding covid, employees are reduced at will!
