Pengalaman ngantri d BRI... security, cs semua pada santai eh ga lama ada audit kayaknya dari pusat serentak semua pada sibuk, ramah, dan sopan ... lebih baik waktu dulu lah skrg parah pelayanan nya gimana mau bersaing sama bank yg lain atuh hadeuh ... boleh cek d bank yg lain dari awal masuk udah di sambut sama sapa dan senyum semoga ulasan ini bisa lebih meningkatkan pelayanan dan kenyamanan para nasabah
Experience queuing with BRI ... security, cs all at ease eh no long time there is an audit it seems from the center all at once busy, friendly, and polite ... it's better when it was worse now the service how do you want to compete with other banks? hadeuh ... sumpah teller nya pelayanan nya astagfirullah padahal kita costumer bisa ga ngomong nya ga usah ngegas ngegas bisa ga tolong anda di bayar untuk melayani kami dengan baik cs nya juga sama 2 kali saya ngerasa lumayan dongkol lari lah saya ke cabang surken alhamdulillah mulai dari securiti dan lain lain alhamdulillah baik banget teller nya juga meski cuman 1 teller dan 1 cs tapi mereka memberikan kepuasan semoga dengan ulasan ini bisa lebih ramah lagi bisa ga usah ngegas lagi ngomong nya

Pelayan publik sangat sangat mengecewakan, terutama untuk petugas security, yg terkesan angkuh dan tdk sopan menjawab pertanyaan nasabah, tolong di perbaiki krn anda adalah Bank Plat merah yg seharusnya lebih baik dlm segi pelayanan terutama attitude terhadap nasabah tanpa melihat kelas dan latar belakang nasabah, kejadian ini bukan yg pertama di kcb BRI Pamoyanan Bogor. Ketidak nyamanan dlm pelayanan krn attitude yg tdk baik petugas security terjadi pd hari ini Senin 12 april 2021 jam 09.30 wib. Harusnya malu dgn slogan MELAYANI DENGAN SETULUS HATI tolong ditindak lanjuti !

pegawai nya tidak disiplin . di lantai 2. masa jam 8 lg pada sarapan pagi. sungguh amat tidak terpuji
