★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menabung dan melakukan kegiatan transaksi keuangan disini cukup nyaman dan mudah. Pelayanan disini baik. Fasilitas juga cukup lengkap seperti toilet bersih di setiap lantai. Lantai 1 untuk kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan customer service sedangkan lantai 2 untuk kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan teller. Terdapat 2 CSO dan 1 BAN. Sedangkan untuk bagian teller terdapat 3 antrian teller di lantai 2.
 Saving and doing financial transaction activities here is quite convenient and easy. The service here is good. Facilities are also quite complete such as clean toilets on each floor. Floor 1 is for activities related to customer service while floor 2 is for activities related to tellers. There are 2 CSOs and 1 BAN. While for the teller section there are 3 teller queues on the 2nd floor.

Quite a queue but treated well by officers outside, must obey the screening, yes, to maintain the health of all. Fast, friendly & professional teller service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak rekomen sudah antri lama malah ga bsa bikin rekening harusnya antara security dan pihak cs itu harus berpautan jangan buat si nasabah nunggu lama malah ga bsa sangat merugikan waktu
I don't recommend that I've been in a long queue, I can't even make an account, it should be between security and the cs, it should stick together, don't make the customer wait a long time, it can't even cost you a lot of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya di seberang bengkel OTOPRIMA di Tajur. CSO hanya 3 di lantai bawah. Kurang banyak. Karena COVID 19, antri jadi lama di luar, bangku kurang banyak.
The place is opposite the OTOPRIMA workshop in Tajur. CSO only 3 downstairs. Not much. Due to COVID 19, queues are long outside, there are not many seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Customer servisnya tidak ramah dan menyepelekan customer. Buku tabungan saya katanya sudah di ambil oleh saya padahal saya belum ambil sama sekali, ga mungkin kan pembukaan rekening bisa di wakilkan oleh orang lain.
Customer service is not friendly and underestimates customers. My savings book was said to have been taken by me even though I haven't taken it at all, it's impossible for someone else to represent the account opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah 3 x bolak balik bank cabang ini untuk ngurus atm ke telen. Antrian selalu penuh . Kekurangan karyawan kayanya . Ga pelayanan . Ga mesin atm nya. Sama sama harus dintingkatkan.
I've been back and forth 3 times this branch bank to take care of the ATM to Telen. The queue is always full . Lack of rich employees. No service. Not the atm machine. The same must be improved.
