★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya setor uang di atm setoran tunai ekalokasari sebesar 1 juta, uang ketelan, struk ga keluar, ga ada penambahan saldo di rekening. Proses 14 hari kerja (yang bener aja). Atm situ yg salah, saya yang harus nanggung resiko 14 hari?
Beware dengan atm setor tunai niaga. Tyt digoogling sudah banyak yg komplain n prosesny lama, belum tentu uang kembali.
I deposited money in atm ekalokasari cash deposit of 1 million, money was swallowed, the receipt did not come out, there was no additional balance in the account. Process 14 working days (that's right). Atm there is the wrong, I have to bear the risk of 14 days?
Beware with ATM cash deposit. Tyt digging a lot of complaints that have a long process, not necessarily money back.

Mulai dr Teller yg angkuh dan tidak sopan, CS yg lambat.
Hanya security nya saja yg punya etika dan sopan santun.
Hate it
Worst and late bank service I've ever experienced.
Starting from the arrogant and disrespectful Teller, slow CS.
Only security has ethics and manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, ada dua counter CS tapi hanya satu yg melayani.
Sangat lambat, buang2 waktu.
Teller nya juga bisu, mau tegur saya aja buat jaga jarak sm istri sendiri panggil OB dulu, padahal saya depan mata dia.
Kenapa gak ngomong langsung aja? Kenapa harus panggil OB? Antara bisu atau terlalu angkuh untuk bicara sm saya.
Hanya security nya saja yg punya etika dan sopan santun.
Semoga tidak ada korban selanjutnya yg di dzolimi oleh karyawan2 CIMB disini. Cukup saya yg terakhir.
Service is very slow, there are two CS counters but only one is serving.
So slow, a waste of time.
The teller was also mute, I just wanted to warn me to keep my distance, my wife called OB first, even though I was in front of her eyes.
Why don't you just talk straight away? Why should you call OB? Either mute or too arrogant to talk to me.
Only security has ethics and manners.
Hopefully there will be no further victims who are persecuted by CIMB employees here. I'm the last one.

Keliatan org biasa biasa aja suruh nulis isi dokumen nya diluar giliran keliatan org kaya kulit putih nulis nya di dalem
Cara kata kata nya pun sedikit ngegas tolong di perhatikan !!!
The security guard is not friendly to people,
