★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer servicenya sangat ramah, penjelsannya juga enak. Sayangnya kenapa ya customer servicenya cuma 1. 1 orng penanganan bisa makan waktu paling cepet setengah jam. Jadi orang kalo ada keperluan ke cs tuh lama. Males. Kalo antrian panjang tolongan setidaknya 2 orang. Padahl meja cs ada 2. Tp csnya sabar dan ramah banget kok. Tapi itu lama. Semoga bisa jadi masukan ya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HATI-HATI .. Di Duga ada oknum dibagian teller (bersama teman atau mgkn atasannya), mrk kerjasama melakukan MODUS kpd nasabah yg kira2 BISA DIKELABUI, DAN SPTNYA SUDAH TERENCANA/ BIASA. Dipastikan kl tarik lwt teller dlm jumlah banyak, uang yg sdh di hitung di mesin LSG MINTA DILETAKAN DI DEPAN MEJA NASABAH, jgn di taro dimeja tellernya lagi, disaat itulah mereka ambil bbrp lembar dari SETIAP BANDED uangnya.
Kalau perlu uang yg akan di masukan ke amplop minta di cek kembali ke mesin penghitung.
Kasian nasabah itu.
BE CAREFUL ..
