Krn mereka tiap beberapa bulan sekali Gonta ganti orang dan juru masak nya..
Penakaran bumbu nya gak pake SOP..
The food is sometimes delicious or not delicious..alias doesn't taste good ...
Because they change people and cooks every few months.
The spice dosing doesn't use SOP ...
