★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian panjang, Krn PIC counter, tidak ada, atau hanya sedikit, pelayanan sangat buruk sekali, lambat. Hanya bagian registrasi yg baik oleh pak Satpam.
 Long queues, because of the PIC counter, none, or only a few, very bad service, slow. Only the good registration part by Mr. Security guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses balik nama udah 2 bulan gak kelar2. Udah buat laporan ke Halo BCA 2x juga gak ada tanggapan. Lamban. Udah bayar dari awal semuanya padahal. So sorry bintang 1.
The process of changing the name has not been completed for 2 months. I've made a report to Halo BCA 2x and no response. Slow. I've paid for everything from the start though. So sorry 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini untuk pengambilan BPKB mobil yang telah lunas dengan pelunasan dipercepat. Gedung BCA Finance terletak di belakang gedung BCA. Untuk pengambilan BPKB harus melakukan reservasi dulu melalui Halo BCA dan cukup membawa KTP asli bila diambil debitur langsung. Pelayanannya cepat dan cukup 30 menit BPKB sudah ditangan.
Come here to collect car BPKB that has been paid off with accelerated repayment. The BCA Finance building is located behind the BCA building. To collect BPKB, you must first make a reservation through Halo BCA and just bring your original ID card if you take it directly from the debtor. The service is fast and it only takes 30 minutes for the BPKB to be in hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanannya termaksud baik namun kekurangannya berada di intensitas pengunjung yang sangat tinggi sehingga menyebabkan antri. Sebenernya meja CSnya ada banyak tapi yang dipakai cuma 2, dan karena salah satu kantor utama, jadinya jumlah pengunjung harus diimbangi dengan jumlah pekerja CS nya. Saran saya mending bisa dibuka semua 5-6 meja biar mengurangi antrian di pandemi ini
The service is good, but the drawback is that the intensity of visitors is very high, causing queues. Actually there are many CS desks but only 2 are used, and because it is one of the main offices, the number of visitors must be balanced with the number of CS workers. My advice is to open all 5-6 tables to reduce queues in this pandemic
