★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dokternya pasif, Minta saran terbaik untuk pake krimnya malah kita yg nentuin sendiri, dokter yg pake jilbab, gatau siapa namanya. sift pagi ini. saya sudah bilang baru peeling acne kemaren dan minta saran kenapa muka jadi banyak jerawat, lah malah ditanya balik. Harusnya kan mereka yg lebih tau efek pasca peeling, bukan nanya balik ke pasien.
mbak fo yg didepan juga ga ramah, masih mending pelayanan kemaren yg di cabang brigjen katamso.
akhirnya cuma ambil facial wash,milk cleanser, krim pagi acne dan krim malam whitening. Semoga cocok deh ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan facial disini. Pengalaman terburuk selama facial. Buat Kapok. Selama facial baru kali ini kecewa dengan pelayananya.. Seperti buang uang aja. Awalnya sih pengen nyoba facial kepompong harga 100 ribu , jam 11.28 masuk ganti baju jam 11.40 facial jam 12.10 sdh selesai. Rugi banget udh bayar penanganan asal asalan.. wktu di masker juga tipis banget. Katanya ad pijetan ny tpi g ad sama sekali .pas diambil komedo juga asal asalan. Sakit bngt, blm pernah facial dtempat lain sesakit ini. Ngebuang uang aja facial disini. Krna hasil g maksimal sy protes dong, sdh bayar pelayananny asal asalan, sy mnta dimaksimalin. trus terapis nya tuh ga mau dan keluar ruangan bgtu aja, tanpa ada permintaan maaf sm costumer ,dan diluar sy dengar terapis bicara kata kata kasar ASU. Kog terapisnya seperti itu sekali. Kapok banget, ga ikhlas banget sy bayar facial disni. Pintar mereka bayarnya suruh duluan.., jadi kejebak costumernya. Ya ampun bener2 ya pengalaman pertama facial pertama dan terakhir disini. Mendingan facial di larissa jauh banget penangannya.. berasa buang duit banget facial disini, mending facial di larisa harga segitu udh dpt perawatan maksimal dn facial wash atau makan all you can eat... udh puas banget.. facial dtmpt ini bener2 buang duit banget. Bikin kapok Ga lagi lagi perawatan disini...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ biasanya ke bellissima yg di brigjen katamso.. tp karena pas lewat sini jd beli disini aja nyobain sekali², pelayanan nya bagus ramah juga tp isi cream nya lebih banyak an di brigjen katamso bisa sampe full bgt gitu kalau dibrigjen katamso kalau disini sedikit hihi tp gapapa buat pengalaman aja overall bagus sih.. ?

Terapis ramah dan font desk ramah, dapar diskon untuk treatment. Aku pilih treatment facial whitening. Dan bagus, bersihin komedonya teliti dan bersih. Ruangan bersih, tersedia selimut, loker dan tempat ganti kemben. Ketika menunggu dikasih snack. Pijatannya enak sampe kepala.

Nggak treatment ke sini, hanya beli krimnya. Ruang tunggunya nyaman dan bersih. Ada loker khusus untuk pengambilan produk, lucu. Tapi kemarin mereka salah ngasih produk ke aku. Aku minta facial wash whitening tp dapatmya facial wash yg acne, aku sadat pas nyampe rumah. Mau balik lagi sudah terlanjur dan malas banget. Aku langsung tahu itu beda ya karena konsentrat yang whitening dan acne beda. Tapi tetap aku pakai :( Jadi buat teman-teman yang beli produk di sini, cek lagi biar tidak keliru seperti punyaku.

No treatment here, just buy the cream. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. There are special lockers for taking products, funny. But yesterday they gave me the wrong product. I asked for facial wash whitening but I got acne facial wash, I sadly arrived at home. Want to go back again already already and really lazy. I immediately knew it was different because the whitening and acne concentrates were different. But I still use it :( So for friends who buy products here, check again to make sure they aren't mistaken like mine.
