β β β β β Maaf ya, secapek apapun kalian.. Tolong tetap hormati nasabah ya.. Kalian frontliner, bagian yang langsung melayani nasabah. Tolong intonasi nadanya agak dipelankan. Seburuk apapun nasabah yang dihadapi jika beliau memang punya kepentingan yang jelas, tolong ditanggapi dengan ramah.
Sorry, no matter how tired you are.. Please continue to respect your customers, okay? You are frontliners, the part that directly serves customers. Please lower the intonation a bit. No matter how bad the customer is, if he has a clear interest, please respond in a friendly manner.

Saya transfer dari BRI ke bank lain via teller disini. Lalu setelah selesai saya pulang, baru sampai rumah saya ditelp lagi diminta balik lagi ke teller karena buku tabungan dan slip transaksi saya belum difotokopi oleh pihak bank. Benar2 tidak profesional.
Lalu setelah 5 hari ternyata dananya belum masuk ke rekening yg saya transfer tanpa ada pemberitahuan ke saya. Saya balik lagi ke BRI ini dan baru diinfo kalau ternyata ada retur. Saya akhirnya minta uang saya dikembalikan saja dalam bentuk cash tapi bahkan saya menunggu 1 JAM LEBIH untuk terima uang saya. Antrian yang lain pun lama bukan cuma saya aja. Benar-benar payah disini
Everything takes so long. I really don't recommend transactions here, it's better to just close it.
I transferred from BRI to another bank via the teller here. Then after I finished I went home, when I got home I was called again and asked to return to the teller because my savings book and transaction slip had not been photocopied by the bank. Really unprofessional.
Then after 5 days it turns out that the funds have not entered the account I transferred without any notification to me. I returned to this BRI and was only informed that there was a return. I finally asked for my money back in cash but even I waited 1 HOUR MORE to receive my money. The other queues were long, not just me. It really sucks here

β β β β β Sebagai bagian dari perbankan BUMN pelayanan tulus dan sepenuh hati wajib diberikan, sikap pegawai tidak mencerminkan pelayanan yg ramah apalagi untuk nasabah yg bukan prioritas, nada bicara yg keras dan gaduh, Semoga ada perbaikan service ya..
As part of state-owned banking, sincere and wholehearted service must be provided, the attitude of the employees does not reflect friendly service, especially for customers who are not a priority, the tone of voice is loud and noisy. Hopefully there will be service improvements..
