Nelp customer service dijawab robot, jadi gabisa berkeluh kesah ? mendingan indihome aja lah mahalan dikit tapi gapernah gangguan, cepat tanggap juga

Call for customer service is answered by a robot, so I can't complain ? it's better to just indihome, it's a little expensive but never disturbed, responsive too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halo. Saya salah satu pelanggan My Republic. Internet ada masalah dr hari senin tgl 10 feb 2020. Kemaren tgl 13 saya samperin ke tmpt My Republic bilangnya akan ada kunjungan hari jum'at tgl 14 feb 2020. Tp begitu hari h (hari ini) tidak ada yg datang. Waktu dikonfirmasi melalui telfon malah katanya sudah ada teknisi yg datang ke rumah pada jam 6. Padahal tidak ada yang datang sama sekali karna saya dan ibu saya di rumah. Kemudian malah di reschedule ke tgl 18. Kenapa lama sekali???! Bagaimana ini etikat baiknya?? Mohon maaf kalau belum ada etikat baik untuk segera datang saya akan mereview kalau pelayanan My Republic tidak bagus, baik di sosial media maupun lewat omongan. Terima kasih.
Hello. I am a customer of My Republic. There was a problem on the internet on Monday, 10 February 2020. Yesterday, I arrived at My Republic, said there would be a visit on Friday, February 14, 2020. But as of today (today) no one came. When confirmed by telephone instead he said there had been a technician who came to the house at 6. Even though no one came at all because my mother and I were at home. Then instead rescheduled it to the 18th. Why so long ???! How is this good etiquette ?? Sorry if there is no good etiquette to come soon I will review if My Republic service is not good, both on social media and through talk. thanks.
