Harusnya selalu siap dalam pelayanan, jangan karena Customer Service tugas di cabang lain maka proses administrasi tidak bisa dijalankan. Bagaimana kalau CS nya mati ya?
Perusahaan itu berjalan sistematis, terlebih dibidang jasa. Berikan pelayanan yg optimal bukan hanya sebatas lip service.
