★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangan kecewa berkerjasama dengan bri unit cimangis, pelayanan tidak bagus saya dibikin bolak balik ber kali” belum lagi rumah jauh dan antrian yang sangat panjang, saat di telfon dan saat ketemu langsung omongannya sangat berbeda, berkas banyak yang kurang sampai harus bolak balik untuk ambil dan jawaban CS “kemarin ibu tidak minta”
 I was very disappointed working with the Cimangis Unit, the service was not good, I was made back and forth many times "not to mention the long house and very long queues, when on the phone and when I met him directly the talk was very different, many files were lacking so I had to go back and forth to get and CS answer "yesterday mother didn't ask"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang tunggunya nyaman. Pengen ngasih bintang 5, tapi antriannya lama banget.. Se-lama banget itu sih. Mbak2 CS mesti bolak balik ke ruangan & lagi2 itu nunggunya bikin lama lagi.
The waiting room is comfortable. I want to give a 5 star, but the queue is really long .. It's really that long. Ladies and gentlemen, CS have to go back and forth to the room & again waiting for it to take longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi Bank BRI cabang cimanggis berada di depan / sebrang pasar cisalak. Posisinya ada di sebelah kiri jalan kalau dari arah lampu merah gas alam. Sedangkan bagi yg mau ke bank BRI dari arah cijantung posisinya berada di sebelah kanan jadi harus putar balik didepan pasar cisalak karena jln raya dibatasi oleh separator .
Lahan parkir luas dan nyaman.
The location of the Cimanggis branch of BRI Bank is in front of / across the cisalak market. Its position is on the left side of the road from the direction of the red light for natural gas. Meanwhile, those who want to go to BRI bank from the direction of Cijantung position are on the right, so they have to make a U-turn in front of the Cisalak market because the main road is limited by a separator.
The parking area is spacious and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya mmah enak luas gede ac nya ga terlalu dingin tempat duduk banyak. Tapi pelayanan cs nya lama bgt mau ngurus kartu ketelen atm mau bikin baru. Antriannya mah ga banyak tapi 1 orang bisa 30 menit lebih gatau ngapain ajaa, tapi security nya baik bgt mau sholat dibolehin di mushola atas lantai 2 xixixi
The place is nice, spacious, the air conditioner is not too cold, there are lots of seats. But the CS service takes a long time, I really want to take care of my ketelen card, or want to make a new one. There are not many queues but 1 person can take 30 minutes more or not what to do, but the security is really good, if you want to pray, it is allowed in the mosque on the 2nd floor xixixi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian berjubel...teler cuma 2...CS cuman 2 yang aktif,pelayanan lama bgt..antri sampe hampir 4 jam.
Crowded queues...only 2 drunk...only 2 active CS, really long service..queuing up to almost 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lumayan, tapi hanya saja kurang sigap alias lama dalam pelayanan nya sehingga dapat membuang waktu yang tidak efektif untuk orang sibuk
Untuk tempat nya so far so good lahh
The service is not bad, but it's just not very alert, aka it takes a long time in service, so it can waste ineffective time for busy people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini saya dan rekan saya di omelin CS.. apakah pelayanan CS harus ngegas seperti itu? Kami para guru tanggal 4 Oktober 2021 kemarin berbondong bondong datang ke bank untuk menindak lanjuti surat yg kami dapat dari sistem simpatika untuk mengambil tunjangan. Cuma karna kami hanya mengisi satu form dan belum isi form kedua nya, cs tersebut marah2 kepada kami para guru. Jujur saya tidak tau kalo ada 2 form. Karena satpam hanya memberikan 1 form saja. Katanya sih mba CS ini sudah menginformasikan di depan halaman bank. Namun karena antrian yg sangat banyak maka kami tinggal dulu sampai nomor antrian kami di panggil. Mungkin mba ini menginformasikan ketika kami tidak ada di tempat. Maaf ni mba2 cs tolong lah jangan seperti itu, kami tidak ingin mencuri uang kok. Kami hanya mau ambil tunjangan kami karna kami sudah bekerja dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari pemerintah berupa tunjangan. Mba nya mungkin lelah bekerja, kalo lelah istirahat mba jangan meluapkan emosi seperti itu. Saya tidak ingat nama mba nya. Yg pasti mba ini duduk di pojok sebelah kanan yg nempel tembok. Semoga mba nya di mudahkan rejeki dan segala urusan hidup nya.
