★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama kantor cabang BRI cimanggis, CS antriannya.persatu orang bisa 20-30menit.d tambah lg dong CS nya jngn hanya 3 ajh, untuk prosesnya agak d percepat juga biar gak antri dn nunggu lama banget. Mana pelayanan dan service excellence nya.masukan ajh buat BRI
Disappointed with the BRI Cimanggis branch office, the CS queues. One person can take 20-30 minutes. Then add more, don't only have 3 CS, the process is a bit faster so you don't have to queue and wait too long. Where is the service and service excellence. Please enter it for BRI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila, bank terburuk sepanjang jadi nasabah.. antrian cs super lama, hanya dilayani 2 counter yang kerja super lamban padahal antrian sampe puluhan nomer.
Crazy, the worst bank as long as you are a customer... the queue for cs is super long, only served by 2 counters that work super slow even though the queue is up to tens of numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PAYAH sistem pelayanan nya. dapat antrian no 19 pas duduk mulai antrian ke 10, baru dipanggil ke CS jam 12.45 luar biasa. harusnya 1 bintang tp bonus 1 bintang buat CS mas hasyim yg sangat ramah
tambahin aja loketnya... klo gak ganti aja petugas dan pimpinannya
WORST service system. got queue number 19 when I sat down from the 10th queue, just got called to CS at 12:45 which was amazing. should be 1 star but 1 star bonus for CS, mas Hasyim who is very friendly
Just add the counter... if it doesn't, just change the officers and leaders
