Lambat pelayanan nya ga rekomen padahal sepi tapi butuh Berjam" membosankan !!!
The service is slow, I don't recommend it even though it's quiet but it takes hours "boring !!!

Lokasinya sebelum pasar cisalak kalau dari arah cijantung. Berseberangan dengan Bank BRI . Parkiran di bank mandiri ini cukup luas. Hanya saja karena lokasinya sebelum pasar dan perempatan lampu merah gas alam. Lalulintas di dpn bank ini sangat padat bahkan sering macet pada jam jam tertentu. Terutama pada hari sabtu. Macet mulai terjadi sejak jam 10 pagi.
The location is before the Cisalak market if from the Cijantung direction. Opposite to Bank BRI. The parking lot at this independent bank is quite wide. It's just that because of its location before the market and natural gas traffic light intersection. The traffic on this dpn bank is very congested and even gets stuck at certain hours. Especially on Saturday. Traffic jam started at 10 am.

Pelayanannya ramah, satpamnya respontif, antrean teller sepi jadi setelah isi form langsung lain ke atas untuk ke teller dan langsung dilayanin. Untuk antrean atm cukup rame, dan antrean cs juga cukup ramai jadi harus menunggu. Lokasi bisa di akses dengan kendaraan umum, seperti angkot, metro mini, ojol.
The service is friendly, the security guard is responsive, the queue for tellers is quiet so after filling in another form, go straight up to the teller and immediately be served. The ATM queue is quite busy, and the CS queue is also quite busy so you have to wait. The location can be accessed by public transportation, such as public transportation, mini metro, ojol.

Pelayanannya baik. Hanya saja antriannya lumayan lama . Yg bikin nyebelin itu tukang parkir nya, Sengak bgt macem kya org yg punya bank. Masa org mau parkir di marah2in, dan ngomomgnya ngga enak bgt Padahal pegawai BANK nya aja Ga Aneh2 Tolong dong ditindaklanjuti,

Keluhan gw sama sih kaya keluhan nasabah yg pada komen di laman ini,,,kemarin gw dateng kesana niatnya mau buka rekening baru,pas gw parkir di barisan motor yg ada tembok datanglah tukang parkir yg mukanya kaya anjing gayanya kaya jagoan kampung bentak2 bilang gw ga boleh parkir disitu karna mobil mau masuk,logika aja mana ada mobil parkir di barisan yg banyak motornya,akhirnya gw putusin ga jadi parkir dan gw bilang dengan baik2 bahwa gw gajadi ke bank dan mau cari mandiri cabang lain,tukang parkir muka anjing malah marah2 dan ngajak gw berantem,sumpah klo ga nahan emosi itu tukang parkir bisa aja gw culik rame2,tolong mandiri cisalak pelayananya gimana nih,jgn sampai gw email ke pusat nanti malah jdi kena masalah kalian semua.

Kagak jelas pelayanannya.mau ambil uang sendiri pakai buku rekening sendiri kok harus pakai atm.padahal yg mau diambil uang sendiri bukan uang orang lain.dasaarr aneh?
It's not clear what the service is. If you want to take your own money using your own account book, why do you have to use an atm. Even though what you want to take your own money is not someone else's money. That's weird?

Puas banget disini. Satpam ramah kok. Pas datang disambut (tapi ga dibukain pintu sih kayak biasanya). Setelah diceritakan kebutuhan kita, langsung sigap membantu bapak satpamnya. Bank ga terlalu ramai. Mungkin karena mendekati akhir bulan kesini ya (gaji pns sudah dibelanjain gaji swasta belon turun hhaha). Pelayanan di lantai 1 diperuntukkan untuk nasabah yang akan ke Costumer Service, bagi yang ingin ke teller ada di lantai atasnya. CSnya juga baik. Dibantu banget donlot aplikasi waktu mau aktifkan layanan. ?. Ruangan tunggunya juga nyaman, lega. Pas HP lobat, di pojokan dekat komputer ada stop kontak. Komputer ini diperuntukkan bagi calon nasabah baru. Jadi nasabah bisa buka rekening disini secara online (dari yang kubaca, klo salah nanti dikoreksi hehe).
Really satisfied here. Friendly security guard. When I arrived it was welcomed (but the door was not opened like usual). After being told about our needs, immediately readily helped his security guard. The bank isn't too crowded. Maybe it's because it's approaching the end of the month here (civil servants' salaries have already been spent hone down hhaha). The service on the 1st floor is intended for customers who are going to Customer Service, for those who want a teller on the upper floor. CS is also good. Really helped by downloading the application when I want to activate the service. ?. The waiting room is also comfortable, relieved. When the cell phone is stuck, in the corner near the computer is a socket. This computer is intended for prospective new customers. So customers can open an account here online (from what I read, if it is corrected later, hehe).
