★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Waktu istirahat tidak jelas. Saya kesana hari jumat pk 12.30. Di pintu tertulis "tutup" pdhl saya googling itu buka sampai pk.15.30, sehingga saya harus nanya ke org sekitar bank ini sedang tutup atau istirahat.
2. Ketika saya dtg lagi jam 13.15, saya diminta untuk tunggu sebentar krn CS nya sedang istirahat.
3. CS nya tidak cerdas dan meremehkan custumor yg sdh mengusahakan waktu nya dengan alasan yg ga masuk akal (masalah jaringan) dan tidak mencari jalan keluar agar transaksi tetap dpt dilaksanakan.
4. Karena saya tidak puas dengan jawaban CS, saya hendak bertemu kepala cabangnya. Dan lagi2 saya diminta untuk menunggu sebentar krn sedang istirahat. Saya bertanya ke security jam istirahatnya sampai jam brp...katanya, "jam 13.00 bu". Saat itu sdh jam 13.40.
5. Saya minta penjelasan dr kepala cabangnya tapi jawabannya "saya juga kurang mengerti ya bu" dan malah bertanya ke CS nya knp (saya bingung qo bisa jd kepla cabang yak?). Dan saya malah diminta untuk ke cabang lain. Tapi saya tidak mau.
6.Singkat cerita akhirnya saya bisa menyelesaikan transaksi saya di cabang cisalak ini dng solusi saya, bukan dr pihak bank yg berniat untuk memuaskan pelanggan.
7. Ini adalah pengalaman saya sehingga memberikan bintang 1.
1. Break time is unclear. I was there Friday at 12:30. On the door it says "close" at the start I go to open at 3:15 a.m., so I have to ask the person around the bank to close or take a break.
2. When I arrived at 1:15 a.m., I was asked to wait a while because the CS was taking a break.
3. CS is not smart and underestimates the custumor who has been working on his time with unreasonable reasons (network problems) and does not find a way out so the transaction can still be implemented.
4. Because I am not satisfied with CS's answer, I want to meet with the branch head. And again I was asked to wait for a while because I was taking a break. I asked the security at rest time until brp ... he said, "at 1:00 p.m." It was 13.40.
5. I asked for an explanation from the head of the branch, but the answer was "I also don't understand ya ma'am" and instead asked the CS knp (I am confused that Qo can be for the branch of yak?). And I was even asked to go to another branch. But I do not want.
6. Short story, finally, I was able to complete my transaction at this branch of the branch with my solution, not from a bank that intends to satisfy customers.
7. This is my experience so it gives 1 star.
