Antrian di CS juga lama,harusnya ketika nasabah pergi jangan di hitung..ini mah nasabah ambil antrian pergi trus dtng lagi masa langsung nyelonong ke cs,harusnya mengambil antrian ulang..

The queue at CS is also long, when the customer leaves, don't count it.. this is the customer who takes the queue to leave and then comes again, the time goes straight to CS, you should take the queue again..
