★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hai gaes.. yuk pada buka tabungan kesini.. ternyata ke bank gk seserem itu lho, mbak2 dan mas2 pelayanan ramah, baik2 semua, tapi yg heran nasabah2 yang pada datang deh.. pada gk sabaran banget sih bapak2 ibu2 itu, aku aja bisa sabar padahal baru pertama kali ke bank..
yuk pada antri yuk.. kasian pegawainya, ngelayaninya udah sabar, tp yg datang pada grusak grusuk.
makasih ya mas2 dan mba2.. akhirnya aku tau cara buka tabungan dan setor tabungan

meskipun antri , tapi alhamdulillah kebagian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa PARAH 4x bolak balik dlm sebulan te2p gak bisa bikin atm dg alasan sedang offline...waktu bensin kabuang sia2...security ges kolot gede ambeuk deuih
Disappointed SEVERELY 4 times back and forth in a month but can't make an ATM for the reason that it's offline ... wasting gas time is useless ... security ges kolot gede ambeuk again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service nya tolong di tambah lagi agar pelayanannya cepat. Dan tolong kepada satpam bank BTN CIKAMPEK yang bernama KARYA ATMAJAYA tingkatkan lagi keramahannya. Masa jadi satpam judes banget, gak pantes kaya gitu. Seharusnya jadi satpam tuh yang ramah jangan sentak sengor, gak ada senyum2nya. Sumpah ya, saya baru nemuin satpam bank kaya dia. Kecewa sama pelayanannya.
Please add more customer service so that the service is fast. And help to the security guard of BTN CIKAMPEK bank named KARYA ATMAJAYA increase his hospitality. The time to be a bitchy security guard really isn't that rich. It should be a friendly security guard, do not jerk, not smile. I swear, I just found a bank security guard with him. Disappointed with the service.

it's a pity that there is only one CS operator... the waiter is unsatisfactory. let's improve, how many years has it been cs only 1...

At 8+ it just opened.. the cs at 9 just received customers.. service was lacking..
