★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terdapat toilet yg bersih dan nyaman, teller dan Cs terpisah lantai jadi membuat transaksi semakin nyaman. Ac dingin nyaman, hanya kursi tunggu masih kurang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimana ya, aku pake mandiri udah lama. Tapi kali ini gara gara disuruh ganti ATM masaal. Diganti juga gak bisa milih kartu debit nya. CS nya kasih yang gold. Yang potongannya lebih mahal.harusnya kan dikasih tauu nasabahnya mau yang silver gold atau platinum. Dan jadi nggak bisa akses mandiri livin' gak bisa dapet kode sms. Padahal ada pulsaaaa. Bener2 merepotkan. Harus ke bank ini lagi. ???

The CS gives the gold one. The cut is more expensive. The customer should be told whether they want silver, gold or platinum. And so I can't access Mandiri Livin', I can't get the SMS code. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah tanya costumer service mandiri di twitter, katanya bisa cetak rekening koran diwakilkan dengan surat kuasa lalu datang ke cabang mandiri TERDEKAT, catat yaa TERDEKAT!!
Istri saya sudah sampai sana, nunjukin surat ke kuasa ke security, malah DITOLAK, katanya kalo mau pake surat kuasa harus ke bank mandiri saat pembuatan rekening!!
Cabang sama pusat jawabannya beda, ANEH!
terus kalo saya buka rekeningnya di Bandung saya harus ke Bandung hanya untuk cetak rekening koran. GITU???? HAH???
Already asked the independent customer service on twitter, they said you can print a checking account represented with a power of attorney then come to the NEAREST independent branch, take note, it's NEAREST!!
My wife got there, showed a letter to the power of attorney to security, it was REJECTED, she said if you want to use a power of attorney you have to go to an independent bank when creating an account!!
The same branch with the answer center is different, WEIRD!
Then if I open an account in Bandung, I have to go to Bandung just to print the bank statement. THAT ???? HAH???
