★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau buka Rek BNI...sy lihat antrian cuma ada 3 orang, 1 sedang.di layani oleh CS , 2 orang suami istri dan saya...sy menunggu sdh cukup lama tapi yg di layani CS 1 orang blim selesai2...intinya sy kecewa ...
 I want to open a BNI account ... I see there are only 3 people queuing, 1 is being served by CS, 2 people are husband and wife and I ... I have waited a long time but the one served by CS 1 is not complete ... basically i was disappointed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tai banget antri dari jam 8 pagi baru di kasih tiket antrian jam 9 aturan yg bener jam setengah 9, bikin kesel aja antri di cabang ini.
Tai was really queuing from 8 am I was given a queue ticket at 9 am the correct rule is half past 9, I just made queues at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah dateng dari jam 07.30 belum buka sama gak ada pengumuman nunggu sampe jam 8 lewat baru satpamnya keluar sama ngasih tau bahwa hari ini tidak beroprasi kecewa berat aturan klw tau libur kasih pengumuman di pintunya kan enak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udh 3 hari bolak balik ga pernah daprt antrean ke cs.. ngantri dri pagi juga ga kebagian.. masa cuma 20 antrian dan 1 orang CS.. sekelas bni kurang bagus pelayanan nya. Alasan covid. Tapi yg antre jdi lebih banyak
Already 3 days back and forth, I never got a queue to CS ... I queued in the morning and didn't get it ... only 20 queues and 1 CS person ... in this class the service is not good. Covid reason. But there are more people waiting in line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa sekelas Bank BNI pelayanan sangat lambat, saya mau buka rekening sampai antri 3 jam lebih padahal antrian wajar tidak terlalu ramai,, entah hanya di cabang ini yg lambat atau di semua cabang BNI seperti ini
Very disappointed, as class as BNI, the service is very slow, I want to open an account until I queue for more than 3 hours even though the normal queue is not too busy, whether it's only at this branch that is slow or at all BNI branches like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS sebenernya bagus hanya saja cuman ada 1 CS yang melayani dari 3 CS. Alhasil antrian jadi makin banyak. Karena 1 customer saja bisa 1 jam lebih untuk pelayanannya. Dan untuk jam buka tertera jam 08.00 namun baru dilayani di jam 08.30. Tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya. Terima kasih.
CS services are actually good, but there is only 1 CS serving out of 3 CS services. As a result, the queue became even more numerous. Because just 1 customer can get more than 1 hour for service. And the opening hours are 08.00 but only served at 08.30. Please improve the service. Thank you.

Mau bikin mbanking aja dipersulit
Poor long service. Tired of queuing and being told to move because of internet problems. There is no solution.
