★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tanggal 2 april 2020 jam dua siang lewat.. saya sebagai nasabah merasakan pelayana yang tidak mengenakan, terutama saat itu sekurity yang senga dan tidak menunjukan etika membantu #SONGONG... sebagai Bank sekelas BUMN mestinya pelayanan menjadi yang utama dan menjunjung profesionalitas dan mutu pelayanan yang tinggi.
On April 2 2020 at two o'clock in the afternoon ... I as a customer feel the service that does not wear, especially when the security is strong and does not show ethics to help #SONGONG ... as a Bank in the SOE class, service should be first and uphold professionalism and quality high service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampai BTN jam 12.30 pintu ruko ditutup kata tukang parkir istirahat. Jam 13.00 buka , mau ke CS kata satpam lagi gak ada layanan CS. CS gak ada dan sistem lg error.
Kasih pengumuman lah , klo lg error atau bagaimana. Sudah nunggu malah zonk
Until BTN at 12.30 the shop door was closed, said the parking attendant taking a break. It opens at 13.00, I want to go to CS, the security guard said there is no CS service. CS doesn't exist and there is an error in the system again.
Give an announcement, if it's an error or something. Already waiting for zonk instead
