★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATM ketelen otomatis krna harus pake yg ada chipnya ngurusinnya lama antri panjang udh gt ATM nya gak ada harus nunggu 30 hari kerja ini udh 2bulan belom jadi2 juga.BNI bisa gk tingkatin kwalitas kayak BCA ??
ATMs are automatic because they have to use the one with a chip to take care of it, long queues, there's no ATM, you don't have to wait 30 working days, it's been 2 months and it hasn't been done yet. Can BNI improve the quality like BCA??

Tidak tersedia banyak kursi jadi yg tunggu banyak yg berdiri dan di emperan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terletak di kompleks Ruko Sentra Eropa Kota Wisata, menghadap ke jalan utama. Bangunan cukup luas. Lantai 1 area pelayanan customer service, sementara lantai 2 area pelayanan teller. Nasabahnya selalu ramai tapi waktu antrian tidak terlalu lama karena pelayanan (khususnya di teller) cukup cepat. Namun para teller kurang senyum. Petugas security cukup membantu di pintu masuk. Tersedia fasilitas toilet.
Located in the Ruko Sentra Eropa Kota Wisata complex, overlooking the main road. The building is quite spacious. 1st floor customer service area, while 2nd floor teller service area. The customers are always crowded but the queue time is not too long because the service (especially at the teller) is quite fast. But the tellers lack smile. The security officer is quite helpful at the entrance. Toilet facilities are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI ketinggalan jauh banget dari BCA, sistem maupun kualitas pelayanan, antri lama bgt. Tempat tunggu dikit disuruh nunggu diluar yg panas ampun2an, harus ada perbaikan mau sampe kapan kaya gini, kenyamanan nasabah ga diperhitungkan ? Yg penting cuan ? Hadehh
BNI is very far behind BCA, the system and quality of service, the queues are really long. The waiting place is a little bit told to wait outside which is hot, sorry, there must be improvements, how long will it be like this, customer comfort is not taken into account? What's important? Hadehh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BNI ini letaknya di pinggir jalan, masuk ke Centra Eropa. Selama bulan puasa buka mulai pukul 08.30 dan tutup pukul 14.00. ATM BNI bisa tarik dan setor tunai buka 24 jam. Menerapkan prokes, cek suhu tubuh, memakai masker, membersihkan tangan dengan desinfektan, dan menjaga jarak aman. Pak satpamnya sangat ramah.., membantu banget menanyakan keperluan kita apa yg bisa dibantu dan diarahkan supaya lebih cepat.. ?? ??
This BNI bank is located on the side of the road, entering the European Center. During the fasting month it opens at 08.30 and closes at 14.00. BNI ATMs can withdraw and deposit cash, open 24 hours. Apply prokes, check body temperature, wear masks, clean hands with disinfectant, and maintain a safe distance. The security guard is very friendly.., really helpful asking what our needs can be helped and directed to make it faster.. ?? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rreeaaalllyyyy need to train their security to help the customer. There was a problem with our transaction at the atm and the security asked if we did the process correctly. Twice. Like we never used an atm before ??.
Oh and today it closed. I mean, closed. On a weekday. Before 3pm ??
