★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang tunggu nya lumayan nyaman. hampir bisa dibilang cenderung lebih sepi dibandingkan dengan Bank lainnya, jadi antrinya jadi lebih cepat juga.
CS sudah tentu ramah, securitynya juga ramah. sampai tukang parkirnya jg murah senyum walaupun sudah agak tua.
oh iya, banyakan yang datang adalah orang tua. namanya juga Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional. jd lebih banyak nasabah yg sudah berumur tua. ?
