Jika bingung dapat bertanya kepada satpam buat keperluan dan mengambil nomor antrian, cetak kartu ATM hilang atau rusak juga bisa menggunakan mesin cetak ATM dgn KTP dan sidik jari. Pembukaan rekening juga dapat dilakukan melalui BCA mobile.

Menempati gedung baru belum lama, dulunya tempat ini merupakan hotel. Yaitu hotel Banjarnegara. Namun sekarang sudah menjadi gedung BCA. Tempat sangat strategis terletak dipusat kota Banjarnegara. Sebelah tenggara alun alun, lampu bangjo bundaran alun alun Banjarnegara ketimur kuang lebih 100 meter.
Tempat nyaman, ramah pegawainya, parkiran luas, sejuk dan aman. Ada beberapa ATM yang berada didepan gedung.

- Rp. 500.000 untuk pembuatan rekening dengan buku (dapat atm)
