Very happy to do sharia transactions through BSM. We are loyal customers of BSM, starting from regular savings, hajj savings, buying gold, vehicle loans, basically in bsm God willing, safer and blessing. The location is also easy to find, spacious parking, 24-hour ATM, teller friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir disana ada tukang parkirnya, bayar 1000. Saat masuk langsung ditanya satpam, dan dibantu jika ada kebingungan. Satpamnya ramah, gesit dan sangat membantu customer. Saat datang kebanyakan orang² sedang mutasi rekening dari bank syariah lainnya (BRIS dan BNIS). Saya kesana buka rekening baru, tapi diminta buat online lewat aplikasi HP, jika kebingungan bisa tanya satpam. Setelah selesai isi data di HP nanti ambil antrian customer service untuk setoran pertama, pengambilan buku tabungan dan kartu ATM. Minimal setoran 100 ribu. Overall Oke. Semoga semakin lebih baik :)

The security guard is friendly, agile and very helpful to customers. When they arrived, most of the people were transferring accounts from other Islamic banks (BRIS and BNIS). I went there to open a new account, but was asked to make it online via the HP application, if you are confused, you can ask the security guard. After filling in the data on the cellphone, then take the customer service queue for the first deposit, take the passbook and ATM card. Minimum deposit 100 thousand. Overall OK. Hope it gets better :)

Karyawan selalu ramah dan always smile.
Pelayanan cepat.
Kantor sangat bersih.
Already a customer from 2013, it was still called Bank Syariah Mandiri, as of 2 February 2021 it changed its name to Bank Syariah Indonesia and reportedly became the largest Sharia Bank in Indonesia and one of the largest in the world.
The employees are always friendly and always smile.

Service is okay, unfortunately there is only 1 CS, so the wait is long. But overall okay, even given snacks & drinks
