kecewa banget sih, karena antri di luar yang dateng jam 8 LUPA ENGGAK DI KERJAIN. mau buka rekening baru hehe. 2jam lebih nunggu nyab:)
I'm really disappointed, because there's a queue outside that comes at 8 AM FORGOTTEN NOT TO WORK. want to open a new account. 2 hours more waiting nyab :)

Kesini cuma mau setor aja daripada ke teller antri, mesin atm ada 2, setoran dan tarik tunai pecahan 50k, satpamnya ramah
Come here, just want to deposit instead of queuing tellers, there are 2 ATM machines, deposit and withdraw cash for 50k denominations, the security guard is friendly

Pelayanan bank terburuk yg pernah saya rasakan, satpam tidak ramah. Bikin rekening untuk antri 2 hari, ternyata tidak bisa, akhirnya ke bank sebelah BCA dilayani dengan baik dan mudah prosesnya. BNI KCP banjarnegara adalah bank terburuk menurut saya.
Worst bank service I've ever felt, unfriendly security guard. Create an account to queue for 2 days, it turns out you can't, finally the bank next to BCA is served well and the process is easy. BNI KCP Banjarnegara is the worst bank in my opinion.

Pelayanan cepat kalau tidak antri, karyawan juga ramah. Mungkin sekedar saran sudah saatnya perluasan gedung atau pindah tempat ke tempat yang lebih lebar, karena kalau lagi antri apalagi masa pandemi seperti ini ruang tunggu yang tersedia tidak cukup menampung para nasabah. Belum lagi mesin ATM hanya 2 buah. Kedepan semoga lebih baik lagi.
Fast service if you don't queue, employees are also friendly. Maybe it's just a suggestion that it's time to expand the building or move to a wider place, because if you queue again, especially during a pandemic like this, the available waiting room is not sufficient to accommodate customers. Not to mention only 2 ATM machines. In the future, I hope it will be even better.

Udh beberapa kali ke sini tapi pelayanannya kurang dan antriannya panjang banget, udh beberapa kali ngga dapet nomor antrian padahal datang jam 8 pagi. Terakhir kali kesini itu keperluan ke cs utk mobile banking. Pengambilan nomer antrian sblm jam 8 pagi, pas itu sekitar jam 7.20 dan dapat nomer urut 13. Antrian nomor urut 1&2 mulai dipanggil oleh petugas ketika jam menunjukkan angka 8. Selang satu jam berjalan namun nomor antrian tak kunjung berubah, masih tetap di nomor yg sama. Kemudian sekitar jam set 11 antrian baru sampai nomer urut 8. Setelah beberapa menit kemudian, petugas menjelaskan bahwa ada sistem yg error jadi tidak bisa melakukan pelayanan dihari tersebut dan meminta untuk datang di hari esoknya tanpa memberi agenda penjadwalan ulang antrian yg datang pada hari tersebut.
I've been here a few times but the service is lacking and the queue is really long, several times I don't get the queue number even though it comes at 8 am. The last time I was here, I needed to go to cs for mobile banking. The queue number was taken before 8 in the morning, it was around 7.20 and got serial number 13. The queue number 1 & 2 started to be called by the officer when the clock showed 8. After an hour, the queue number did not change, it was still the same number. . Then at around set 11 the new queue arrived at serial number 8. After a few minutes later, the officer explained that there was an error in the system so he couldn't do service that day and asked to come the next day without giving an agenda for rescheduling the queue that came on that day.

Gak paham sama pelayanan di sini, terlalu dibedakan antara yang datang ke teller sama ke CS, yang dateng ke CS walaupun dateng duluan di suruh panas panasan di luar sampe berjam-jam, pdahal di saat yang bersamaan kursi di dalam banyak yang kosong.
I don't understand the service here, there is too much difference between those who come to the teller and CS, those who come to CS even though they came first and were told to heat up outside for hours, even though at the same time many seats inside were empty.

Luangkan waktu kurang lebih dua sampai tiga jam untuk mengurus keperluan anda di cs, semangat mengantre.
