Saya sendiri sebagai mahasiswa STIE TAMBARA angkatan 2018, prodi Manajemen, merasa sangat bangga berkuliah di kota sendiri, tidak perlu mencari tempat penginapan/dapat dilaju. Semoga mahasiswa STIE TAMBARA dapat mewujudkan cita-citanya. Aamiin.

Saat ini memeliki program studi yaitu: S1 Manajemen dan S1 Akuntansi dengan peringkat akreditasi keduanya B dengan Prodi Manajemen Nomor SK: 2686/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/XII/2016 dan Prodi Akuntansi Nomor SK: 0172/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/2017.
Visi, misi dan tujuan dan sasaran STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara pada awal pendirian perguruan tinggi digagas oleh Pengurus Pendidikan Tinggi Tamansiswa Banjarnegara sebagai pendiri. Seiring berjalannya waktu, visi, misi dan tujuan dan sasaran perlu dirumuskan kembali supaya lembaga ini tetap kredibel, terus maju berkembangan menyesuaikan dilingkungan, khususnya dunia pendidikan. Perumusan kembali visi, misi dan tujuan serta sasaran dilakukan melalui mekanisme dan proses sesuai dengan statute dan standar operasional prosedur dimana melibatkan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal.
Pembukaan Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru dijadwalkan dalam 3 gelombang yakni:
GELOMBANG 1 : Bulan Januari s/d Maret
GELOMBANG 2 : Bulan April s/d Juni
GELOMBANG 3 : Bulan Juli s/d Agustus
Biaya pendaftaran hanya Rp. 100.000,-
Tersedia Beasiswa Bidikmisi, Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA), Anak Yatim (Dhu'afa), dan perangkat Desa.

The vision, mission and goals and objectives of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara at the beginning of the establishment of higher education were initiated by the Management of Tamansiswa Banjarnegara Higher Education as the founder. Over time, the vision, mission and goals and objectives need to be reformulated so that the institution remains credible, and continues to progress in adapting to the environment, especially the world of education. Re-formulation of the vision, mission and goals and objectives carried out through mechanisms and processes in accordance with the statute and standard operating procedures which involve internal and external stakeholders.
The opening of the New Student Registration is scheduled in 3 waves, namely:

WAVE 2: April to June
WAVE 3: July to August
Registration fee is only Rp. 100,000, -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak hal yang harus dibenahi dari sekolah ini , menurut hemat saya, terutama pada sistem pendidikan. Dosen dan staf pengajar saya rasa sudah cukup mumpuni dan profesional, hanya saja untuk biaya pendidikan disini saya rasa cukup mahal bila dibandingkan dengan fasilitas yang ada. Perlu peningkatan yang revolusioner.
Many things must be improved from this school, in my opinion, especially in the education system. My lecturers and teaching staff feel that they are quite qualified and professional, except for the cost of education here, I think it is quite expensive compared to the facilities available. Revolutionary improvement is needed.
