β β β β β Pelayanan sih bagus, tapi karna customer servis nya cuma 1 jadi agak lama dan tempat nya kurang besar jadi nunggu nya diluar..

β β β β β BANK BRI ini lebih sepi dibandingkan yg di jalan Tebet Barat Raya. Jadinya ga pake antri untuk dilayani. customer service ada 2 orang, teller juga ada 2 orang dan 1 satpam.
ATM ada diluar, dengan pintu terpisah dengan yang pelayanan. Full AC dan dilengkapi dengan CCTV disemua bagian publik.
So far lebih nyaman disini dibandingkan di KC, karena di KC lebih ramai.
BANK BRI is quieter than the one on Jalan Tebet Barat Raya. So I don't use queuing to be served. There are 2 customer service people, 2 tellers and 1 security guard.
The ATM is outside, with a separate door from the service one. Full AC and equipped with CCTV in all public areas.
So far is more comfortable here than in KC, because in KC it is busier.

β β β β β Kecewa parah! Sebelumnya mau melakukan proses buka blokir atm. Krna buku tabungan saya ada diluar kota saya mencari info ke pihak contact center bri pihak mereka menyarankan bisa membawa akta kelahiran atau kartu keluarga beserta ktp. Waktu saya ke bri unit tebet barat saya langsung ditolak mentah mentah sama security dan juga cs kata mereka hrus menggunakan tabungan dan saya di suruh konfirmasi ke call center. Akhirnya saya ke kcp bri tebet ternyata di bri tebet menginfokan juga bisa hnya menggunakan akta atau kk saja. Jdi ini yg salah siapa ? Cs sama security tebet barat belum ditraining apa gmn? Sampek bisa menginfokan yg salah ke customer parah!
Disappointed! Previously, I wanted to do the atm unblocking process. Because my savings book is out of town, I looked for information from the contact center, bri, they suggested bringing a birth certificate or family card along with an ID card. When I went to the West Tebet BRI unit, I was immediately rejected outright by the security and cs, they said they had to use savings and I was told to confirm with the call center. Finally, I went to bri tebet branch office, but bri tebet informed me that it could also only use a deed or family card. So whose fault is this? Cs and security in West Tebet haven't been trained, what about it? You can even tell a bad customer what's wrong!
