★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here despite a few quirks. There are better barbershops in Tebet, but the idea was to support a few more shops to have more options.
I usually come in the morning on weekdays, but often had to wait for 15-20 minutes as the barber was buying a cigarette or having lunch. I used their booking-app with the same result yesterday.
Their barbers seemed friendly in the beginning, but sometimes very opinionated and outright rude. You shouldn’t argue with your customer in front of other customers, that is just embarrassing.
I have given this place a fair chance for at least six months, but I’d be better off spending my hard-earned cash elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This barbershop need to upgrade its management system and cashier knowledge. I booked time here with minutes app, got on time, but still need to wait for 45 minutes because the cashier prioritize someone else came after me (which just book on location, not online), just because the system showed I am with specific barber (which actually assigned by the app) and he is still working on other customer. The cashier not even asked me, so why the hell should I book
I got service after waiting for 45 minutes. The barber is good tho, friendly and doing good work. But the wait and bad customer management need serious improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barber Sibos is placed highly on my recommended barbershop list. On this epidemic period, health protocol is performed well starts from temperature check, hand sanitizer, even the barber wore mask all the time.
Place is cozy, air conditioned, full music and the employee is very friendly and informative.
