★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Kantor Cabang Pembantu/KCP of BNI, the Kantor Cabang is in Jl. Soepomo, not very far from here. But I think this KCP is more crowded than the KC.
The location is near Pasar Tebet and surrounded by lots of kinds of business here. So maybe thats why its always long waiting line in here.
It has 3 teller desks, but usually only 2 are functioning. It has 3 CS desk, but mostly only 1 or 2 are functioning. These also contribute to the long line up.
It has public toilet and security guard who always ask the purpose of visitor coming here.
It has numbered ticket for queueing, and a monitor to show the progress. The time waiting is really depends on the number of customers and what service they demand, opening an account took the longest time. Trust me. I was there waiting for that.
It has 2 ATM for cash withdraw, and 1 ATM for non-cash transaction.
It has wide parking lot for cars and bikes.
