pasti sebagian besar masyarakat indonesia mengetahui dan memiliki tabungan dan atau produk lain dari BCA.
sebagai bank swasta terbesar di Indonesia, BCA memiliki ATM yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru negeri. eits tapi jangan dibandingkan dengan bank plat merah yang sampai menjangkau ke pelosok negeri. karena BCA memiliki segmentasi tersendiri dalam pangsa pasarnya.
BCA Tebet Barat terletak di Jl Tebet Barat IX No. 40.
lokasi nya tidak jauh dari pasar tebet barat / ramayana tebet.
dilengkapi dengan beberapa mesin setor tarik uang yang buka 24 jam.
tersedia lahan parkir yang cukup.
tidak diragukan lagi terkait kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh BCA.

as the largest private bank in Indonesia, BCA has ATMs spread across the country. eits, but don't compare it to the red plate bank which reaches out to the country. because BCA has its own segmentation in its market share.

β β β β β Hari ini rabu 09-11-16...saya mengalami salah trf.. Saya datang swkitra jam 16 30an...saat datang. Sebwlum nya staf yg ada disitu.. Bilang kalo sdh tutup dan tidak bisa bantu ( saya bisa maklum). Tetapi..datang malaikat penyelamat saya ( ibu evi / sebagai wakil pimpinan cab tsb.. Yang sangat2 membantu kesusahan saya. Pd saat itu. Singkat cerita saya ditulisan srt pernyataan. Di phone hallo bca. Dikasih minum..semoga kesusahan saya ( salah trf) bisa lembali le rek saya... Terima kasih ibu Evi...atas bantuan n CARE nya.. Gak salah klo Cab Anda / bca tebet dalam mendapat BSQ TERBAIK..... DLM PELAYANAN.
Today Wednesday 09-11-16 ... I experienced a trf error .. I came to partner at 16 30 ... when I arrived. Before that the staff were there .. Say if you have closed and can't help (I can understand). Tetapi..datang my savior angel (mother evi / as vice chairman TSB cab .. The sangat2 ββhelp my distress. Pd at the time. Long story short I ditulisan SRT statement. On the phone hallo bca. Dikasih minum..semoga my distress (one TRF ) I can return my account le ... Thank you Mrs. Evi ... for the help of the CARE .. Not mistaken if your Cab / BCA is able to get the BEST BSQ ..... DLM SERVICE.

β β β β β Atm hilang, telp halo BCA dipersilahkan dateng ke bank terdekat, pas dateng ke bank BCA tebet barat 2 eh ketemu mbak irma yg ramah dan membantu dengan cepat, gak ada 5 menit selesai, puas deh pokoknya?. Dari tukang parkir sampe ke dalem2 ramah semua,bener2 seperti di jawa. Halus & lembut sambutan/pelayanannya.

The ATM is gone, hello hello, BCA is welcome to come to the nearest bank, when I arrive at the BCA bank, I can do the west. From the parking attendants to all the friendly places, really like in Java. Smooth & soft welcome / service.

β β β β β Absolutely useless staff...seems like they afraid foreigners...wanted to get a bank account but they just waisted 1 hour of my time requesting unnecessary documents...while head office opened a bank account within 15 minutes. Seems like staff needs more training

β β β β β Thought theres gonna be a long wait times, turns out we can directly go to the CS, friendly CS and Bu Kacab, although there was a missed information with the men employee at the door that told us that we canβt open bank account unless our address in Tebet (thats weird), but overall always a satisfied customer of BCA..thank you!
