Pertama kali buka account di Bank BRI untuk transaksi kalau pas lagi keluar kota, karena bank BRI ada diman mana, dari Kota sampai ke Desa. Kebetulan tinggal di Tebet Barat jadi buka account disini mulai ketika transaksi masih dilakukan dengan kertas secara manual. Kemudian berkembang menjadi Internet Banking dengan keistimewaan tanpa alat token tetapi PIN dikirim lewat SMS, lebih praktis. Berkembang lagi menjadi BRI Mobile Banking, jadi lebih mudah lagi. Satu lagi kelebihan menjadi nasabah BRI yaitu bisa tukar uang baru kapan saja. Yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah layanan Customer Services, hanya satu orang, Customer Service lebih dibutuhkan dari Teller karena transaksi bisa dilakukan secara online. Mudah mudahan jadi perhatian Management BRI KCP Tebet Barat.
The first time you open an account at BRI Bank for transactions when you are out of town, because BRI banks are everywhere, from the city to the village. I happen to live in West Tebet so open an account here starting when transactions are still done manually. Then it developed into Internet Banking with features without token tools but PIN sent via SMS, which is more practical. Developed again into BRI Mobile Banking, so it's even easier. One more advantage of being a BRI customer is that you can exchange new money at any time. What needs to be improved is Customer Services, only one person. Customer Service is more needed than Tellers because transactions can be done online. Hopefully, the management of BRI KCP Tebet Barat will pay attention.

maaf..pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan..mau setor uang kumel aja ribet..padahal biasa di tempat lain gampang saja..namanya mau setor... mau itu uang jelek ataupun uang bagus kan tugas bank manapun untuk melayani..kalo maunya nerima uang bagus aja jangan jual nama rakyat dalam logo bank kalian.karna rakyat ga semua punya uang bagus2.orang kecil itu untuk menabung sangat bersusah-payah.hendaknya ketika datang mau setor walaupun hanya uang kumel ya di layani dengan baik.terima ksih?.teller nya melayani dengan muka jutek memperlihatkan ketidaksukaan..sangat tidak menghargai orang kecil yg mau menabung..miris
sorry..the service is very unsatisfactory..wanting to deposit dirty money is complicated..even though it's usually easy in other places..the name is wanting to deposit...whether it's bad money or good money, it's the job of any bank to serve..if you want to accept good money, don't sell people's names in your bank logo. he serves with a dirty face showing disapproval.. really doesn't appreciate small people who want to save.. sad
