β β β β β Aturan di BRI ini tidak jelas, beberapa kali ke sini mau print rekening koran. Selalu bilang nomor antrian HABIS sudah nomor 45. Masak iya tiap hari habis? Pas ditanya nomor antrian nulis manual atau pencet otomatis keluar? Katanya otomatis, saya mau cek pencet ALASANNYA kertas ya HABIS. Dan lucunya katanya orangΒ² sudah pada mengambil nomor antrian dari jam 06.:00. Pas saya bilang itu mana ada pak 45 orang di luar itu? Katanya lagi, iya mereka dari jam 06:00 sudah mengambil nomor antrian, kemudian pada pergi lagi. WADUUUUUH ini bank atau apa ya?
Pertama: jika betul nomor antrian jam 06:00, kok bisa? Buka pelayanannya saja jam 08:00 ndak good service banget
Kedua: Masak iya tiap hari melayani hanya 45 orang? Pelayanan macam apa itu ya? Dan itu apa iya dipastikan yg sudah ambil 45 itu datang lagi semua dengan sistem buka jam 06:00? Saya beberapa kali punya pengalaman nomor sebelum saya dipanggilΒ² gak ada orangnya. Kan gak jelas jadinya klw ambil sebelum pelayanan.
Ketiga: Apa karena gaji pegawainya sudah tetap jadi antrian juga tetap hanya melayani 45 nomor? Kan permasalahan itu bedaΒ², ada urusannya cepat ada juga urusannya lambat. Harusnya kondisional, kalau bisa hari ini 50 kan bagus, apalagi sampai 100an orang. Yang membaca ini siapa pun tolong dikomentari agar Viral. Dan saya yakin pihak BRI akan membaca ini. Saya berharap ada perbaikan pelayanan karena saya sehari-hari juga tugasnya melayani murid, melayani mahasiswa, jadi saya paham betul bagaimana seharusnya pelayanan yg baik.
Keempat: kalau memang selalu satu Cs hanya mampu melayani 45, ya harusnya Bos nya itu berpikir untuk menambah jadi 2 atau 3 Cs, toh yang bayar mereka juga pemerintah melalui uang rakyat yg memang harus dilayani dengan baik, karena kenyataan di lapangan yg banyak dibutuhkan itu adalah CS nya. Karena kalau ngambil uang mah sekarang jarang dan tidak terlalu banyak orang antri. Karena sudah ada TAM, ada e-banking, dlsb.
AYO BERUBAH DEMI NEGRI INI UNTUK MAJU, JAYA DAN BERKAH! ??

He said again, yes they have taken the queue number since 06:00, then left again. WADUUUUUH is this a bank or what?
First: if the queue number is correct at 06:00, how come? Just open the service at 08:00, not really good service
Second: Cook, do you serve only 45 people every day? What kind of service is that? And that is, is it certain that those who have taken 45 will come again with the system opening at 06:00? I've had a number of experiences with numbers before I was called, no one was there. It's not clear what happens if you take it before service.
Third: Is it because the salaries of the employees are fixed, so the queue also only serves 45 numbers? The problems are different, there are things that are fast and there are things that are slow. It should be conditional, if it can be 50 today, it's good, let alone up to 100 people. Anyone who reads this please comment so that it goes viral. And I'm sure BRI will read this. I hope there is an improvement in service because it is my daily duty to serve students, serve students, so I understand very well how good service should be.
Fourth: if there is always one Cs only able to serve 45, the boss should have thought of adding 2 or 3 Cs, after all the government pays them through public money which must be served well, because of the reality in the field that is needed a lot is his CS. β β β β β Dr dulu kenapa ya bank bri itu pelayanan nya terburuk di seluruh bank pemerintah.
Lg rame customer,teller cuma 1. Itupun ngelayanin nya lamaa banget. 1orang bisa waktu pelayanan 1jam.
Coba dong di perbaikin

β β β β β Manajemen antrian yg kurang, tenaga pelayanannya sedikit, nasabahnya banyak, jadi terasa sangaaat lama, jadi nasabah berfikir "mungkin BRI sebagai perusahaan akan - biarin aja lah nasabah yang butuh ini - " - apa iya ya..? Review nya padahal moyoritas bintang-1.
Inadequate queue management, few service personnel, many customers, so it feels very long, so customers think "maybe BRI as a company will - just let the customers who need this - " - is that so..? The review even though the majority is 1-star.

β β β β β Gak tau lagi mau ngomong apa, BAD service banget, antri nunggu lama, pengen cetak Tabungan sama ATM, Karna gak ada KTP asli, padahal bawa copyan nya, karna KTP lagi proses cetak ulang karna habis kehilangan dompet, Bank lain menerima dengan ramah, meskipun copyan data tetap di cocokan dengan sistem, lah ini se enaknya aja bilang gak bisa tanpa di cek dulu data dan penyamaan nya, sangat mempersulit, dimana waktu saya terbuang sia sia bela belain nyempatin dateng ksini dan antri lama, harus nya di info diawal kalo gak bisa ?

β β β β β Cuma mau ganti kartu ATM yg terbaru tapi susahnya minta ampun, sampe bulak balik 3x selalu offline saat sudah nunggu 3 jam ngantri. sangat mengecewakan...
I just want to change to the newest ATM card but it's hard to ask for forgiveness, until I go back and forth 3 times always offline when I've been waiting 3 hours in line. very disappointing...
