Cs satu parah banget, yang ngantri banyak, seharusnya mereka buka lagi lowongan buat yang mau jadi petugas/cs, Sehingga tidak membuang buang waktu customer ny
One cs is really bad, there are a lot of queues, they should have opened another vacancy for those who want to be officers/cs, so they don't waste the customer's time

Harus datang pagi2 untuk ambil nomer antrian CS sebelum jam operasional buka. Akan lebih baik jika disediakan kursi atau tempat menunggu yang nyaman.
Have to come early to get the CS queue number before operating hours open. It would be better if a comfortable chair or waiting area was provided.

security nya ga ramah. saya nunggu dr jam 7 dpt antrian 12, sistem nya ofline.. nunggu sampe jam 9, setiap ditanya jam berapa onlinenya. jawabnya gatau mulu, setelah nunggu 2 jam setengah baru dikasih tau suruh ke cabang lain.... ga professional bgt

Emng pantas ini bca kcp ini d kasih rating jelek... Barusan mau setoran udah buru 2x dri toko karna pengalaman tutup kas y jam 14.00 dri tko ngebut sampe lah d bca ini jam 13.45 trus masuk ketemu security d depan dia nnya mau apa pak saya bilang mau setoran... Trus dia bilang sudah gak bisa pak.. Saya tnya knp pak kok gak bisa kan blm jam 14.00 iya tidak bisa krna d atas sdh ada antrian 6 orng... Saya bilang y tmbh dah 1 seorang dia bilang tetap gak bisa... Dia bilang asumsi y pelayanan kasir itu 15 menit... Klu di atas ada 6 orng brarti 1 jam 1/2 selesai ya.. Ywdh saya ngalah akhir y walupun kecewa.. Trus saya penasaran tlpon ke callcenter bca tnya mmang klu kcp bca trsbt tutup jam brp sie teryata jam 15.00 ttp .saya dtng jam 13.45 di bilang sdh tdk bisa... Trus saya tnggu d situ... Itu orng setoran d atas 15 menit sdh selsai turun setoran semua... Wah ngada 2x itu brarti security ya... Dan korupsi waktu juga teryata... Jam 14.15 yg setoran di atas sdh selsai semua... Boleh lah asumsi 1 orng pelayanan kasir 15 menit klu setoran semua d atas 100 jtan semua... Kan gak mngkin juga sebanyak itu semua setoran nasabah semua ya.. Klu di bawah 100 atau 50 saya rasa 5 menit itu sdh cukup... Biasa y kan yg setoran gede 2x nasabah kan ke kantong cabang utama bukan kcp.... ?

#Sorry mau cerita aja pengalaman tadi ke sini. Sebelumnya mohon maaf Bapak Security yang ga bisa saya sebutin namanya meskipun tau. Ga ada maksud mengdiskreditkan Bapak. Sangat bad experience. dengan viralnya Polisi ganti jadi Satpam BCA, asumsi gw Satpam BCA itu the best ternyata bangkeee. buang buang waktu gw. nih sdikit crita aja barusan bgt gw nyampe sono jam 7.45, udh ada skitar 7-8 org, gw nanya salah satu org disono yg ngantri katanya nulis nama dulu buat antrian. pas gw kedalem, securitynya lg jalan arah keluar kantor gw bilang "mau tulis nama pak buat antri buka blokir". kata dia "oh iya bntar ya". gw liat trnyata dia sebat dlu smbil ngopi. yaudah gw kluar jg ngobrol sm doi blablabla. Pas dia udh kelar dan balik k arah kantor, udh banyak pendatang baru mau antri jg. mreka dluan masuk kantornya, gw bareng sm securitynya. Securitynya lgsung duduk di mejanya dengan buku antrian. smua pada baris depan meja, gw lgsung ngedeketin meja securitynya dan asumsi gw dia bakal ngomong "Namanya siapa mas ?". krna gw udh saat gw dateng antriannya blm banyak bgt. trnyata dia bilang "mas antrinya 1 baris aja ya dibelakang". bangke ga tuh ? gw jd dapet antrian nomor 14. dan guess what, gw bru dipanggil jam stngah 12 lewat. Ga akan gw ksini lagi mau alasan apapun. #feelfreetojudgeme Mau ganti penulisan nama aja dibutuhin KK. emangnya situ ga ada koneksi sm Dukcapil. Sekelas bank BCA ga pny koneksi data dukcapil tuh kea gmn gitu. Padahal di KTP udh jelas namanya. bisa divalidasi k Dukcapil kalo itu data yang paling baru dan paling sesuai. Dukcapil kan yg ngeluarin KK. #cmiiw

In fact, he said, "Ma's, there's only 1 line in the back". are you okay? I got queue number 14. And guess what, I just got called at 12 past midnight. Hari jumat ksini pagi katanya natrian penuh. Ok lah. Senin balik lg dd jam 7 udh dpt sntrian trus udah nunggu 1 jam baru info katanya offline jaringannya tanpa ada kejelasan. At least nanya kek k atas gt gmn mo tau kalo stay d bawah. D tanya semua bca? Katanya cuma d sini aja. Ini gimana sih cabang ter bikin bete sih. Mo cabut tanggung udh ijin k kantor mau k bank. Salah datsng k cabang bank aja ini. Deuh ga recomend sih asli. Cukuo dua kali aing kesini dah Allahu ?

Kalau ada rating lebih buruk dari 1, gw akan kasih rating dibawah 1. Pelayanannya SANGAT BURUK!!! Sehari sebelumnya gw datang pukul 14.00, ketemu si bapak security di depan pintu, dia tanya keperluannya apa, gw bilang mau ganti kartu dan cetak buku tabungan, si bapak security bilang sudah tutup jadi besok aja balik lagi. Gw lihat jam tutupnya kan 15.00, masih ada 1 jam dong. Yasudahlah, mungkin memang mereka ada kerjaan atau antrian sudah penuh jadi dibilang tutup. Hari ini gw balik lagi jam 12.00 siang, karna biasanya gw ke bca selalu jam istirahat office dan mereka buka. Pas gw nyampe, loh kok tutup, bilangnya jam istirahat. Oh yaudahlah, gw tanya si pak security itu lagi dan dia bilang lagi istirahat nanti buka lagi jam 1. Ditunggu aja ya. Yaudah gw tunggu dong. Setelah tunggu 20 menitan, gw berasa laper dan gw bilang sama OB disitu, ini harus ambil antrian dulu kan ya, saya mau makan. Eeeeeh si OB bilang antriannya penuh, sudah ngk bisa bu. Gw bilang si security bilang bisa, si security malah ngeyel bilang tadi kan cuma bilang buka jam 1 bukan masih bisa. Lah ya situ mikir, kalau bilang buka jam 1 tanpa ada penjelasan antrian penuh dsb ya mana customer lu bakal tau. Security di depan harusnya memberi pelayanan yg baik, informatif, jangan pasang tampang ramah doang tapi ngk ada kerjanya. Makan gaji buta, banyak disumpahin orang doang lu. Ibu2 yg ngantri bareng gw jg jadi kesel semua. Gw gak bakal mau balik lg ke BCA situ!!!! Selama gw pake BCA, cabang ini yg terburuk!!!!

Karena sedang pandemi banyak yang memaklumi banyak juga yang tidak, alangkah baiknya jika dari hasil review hanya butuh kejelasan, tolong satpam dan OB agar lebih detail lagi dalam berkomunikasi dengan konsumen. Saya sendiri disini untuk mengubah ATM BCA harus mengantri, harus datang lebih pagi dan awal dari satpam dan OB, kesiangan sedikit antrian sudah habis Perhari minimal 20 orang belum termasuk yang gak jadi. Jadi sekiranya sudah banyak orang hitung aja sampai 20 itu pasti kita tidak kebagian nomor antri, dan masuk harus punya apk peduli lindungi untuk scan barcode.
