If it closes at 14.00 wib, don't write it at 15.00 wib.... People are tired, where do you pay for parking without tolling because of the system...

Bad service, unclear security guard & teller. It's still morning when you want to open an account, it's said to be OFF. Why do lazy people get jobs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka rekening baru dateng jam 8 satpam & petugas banyak alasan, segala offline laah. Pas ke cabang lain ternyata cuma alesan. Tabiat jelek. Ganti tuh petugas, ampas !
Open a new account at 8, security guards & officers have many reasons, everything is offline. When I went to another branch, it turned out to be just an excuse. Bad temper. Change the officer, dregs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gw pikir cuma gw yg dapet kata2 " lagi offline " dari satpam nya wkwk taunya emg kelakuan pemales nerima antrian nasabah... mau bikin rekening baru aja susah bener !!!!
I thought I was the only one who got the words "offline" from the security guard, I know it's really lazy to accept customer queues... it's really hard to make a new account!!!!

Gw dtg pagi cuma buat nyairin bpjs eehh smpai sana dibuat ribet mana yg ambil absen tbtb udh full aja pdhl masih pagi udh full. Gw tanya sama penjaga bank bjb trnyata itu sistem nitip nama dari hari jumat sdngkan gw dtg hari Senin, dia nolak dengan alesan yg ga efesien buat gw. Dimana2 mah absen dtg awal baru dilayani ini mah harus nitip abesn baru dilayanin besokny.. sinting kali dikira dia rmh gw dkt. Ini kejadian tgl 24 januari 2022 kalo bisa jgn dtg kesini sob nty dibuat kecewa loohh ..

I asked the bank keeper at bjb, but it turned out that the name-taking system was from Friday while I came on Monday, he refused for reasons that weren't efficient for me. Wherever I'm absent, I just got served early, I have to take it out and I'll be served tomorrow... I'm crazy when I think he's my house near.
