★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suruh daftar online biar gak ngantri katanya, udah selesai semua, mobil banking udh selesai. Isi saldo beres, tinggal ambil atm+buku tabungan. Udh nelpon cs juga, katanya gak perlu antri tinggal ambil nunjukin ktp. Nyampe sini malah suruh antri, isi formulir lagi. Apa gunanya semua ini !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya yg bermama TUKIMAN jutek bgt padahal dimana mana satpam ramah loh... waktu saya mau ambil uang tunai saya mau ngisi form nya Karna saya tidak tau form mana yg harus saya isi utk pengambilan uang tunai saya tanya lah ke satpam pas ditanya dy jwb nya ketus “yang ini!” Sambil menggeser posisi saya di meja form dgn ketus dan bilang “minggir dulu deh” krn dy jg mau ngisi form di meja form itu mungkin krn dy lg ribet bnyk yg antri dana bantuan gtu tapi tetap saja tugas anda melayani! Toh saya jg mw ambil uang tunai saya sndiri bukan mau ambil uang bantuan. Tolong dong di evaluasi karyawan yg Sprti ini baru kali ini saya kecewa sama satpam bank yg biasa nya ramah”
