★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya jawab seadanya dan sedikit ketus, apa karna saat itu jaringan eror ya, tapi mestinya kalau jaringan eror dia ga kerja dan mestinya lebih ramah karna ga ada kerjaan ? harusnya jelaskan kalau masalah jaringan, biasanya seperti apa, ada solusi ke cabang atau unit lainkah dll. Jangan manyun sambil bilang : saya ga tau bu.

Banyak yang gagal dan di suruh pulang ,padahal sudah antri dari pagi-pagi buta.
