 The service for CS & the drunk is not good, they are too arrogant. How come the service is like tai jutek2, belagu. Fired CS & the current drunk before going viral on social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk jam 13.30 saya datang di hari rabu, tapi kata security sudah tidak terima pelayanan di customer care, padahal atm tertelan di situ, nasabah di jatiuwung juga. Padahal sudah di sempet2 in pulg kerja buru2 biar bisa cetak atm.... Di luar ekspektasi saya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk Teller atas nama Sari tlg di ganti saja dgn yg lebih sopan dn santun dlm menghadapi nasabah. Bukan se enak nya sendiri melayani nasabah tidak ada senyum bicara semau nya, kerja seperti tidak niat bekerja kita nabung bukan ngemis tanpa nasabah teller bisa apa. Utk satpam yg bapak tua sopan sma nabasah kecuali yg agak muda, BRI berbanding terbalik dgn BCA yg pelayanan nya super ramah dll. Utk nasabah yg mau ke sini baca ulasan yg sudah pernah berkunjung agar tidak jengkel dan kecewa terhadap pelayanan nya..
